Installer was friendly and didn't seem to mind that I wanted to watch. He was careful with the instal and made sure everything fit properly before he left.

Very unhappy with the service they provided. Could not recommend them.

Priced almost half that of quoting competition: $670 round up. 7 windows and 1 glass door. Always impressed when the person doing the initial visit also measures, quotes and then installs two weeks later. Del was very plain speaking, clear and direct, had "mini-me" versions on-hand to show exactly what the screen color and frame color would look like. I went with black screen with "bronze," (read gun metal grey/black,) screw mounted to the new window frames. I was very nervous about making a permanent installation and screwing into the frames, but this method totally covered the white window frames, and FITTED PERFECTLY, including the multi-paned, glass door. The "screws" are a matching, hexagonal-head type and look very professional. Del gave his opinion that the West windows should be 90% block-out, that the East windows really did not need more than 80% block-out, but then hesitated and commented that the Master Suite windows which over look my "Edie Beale, Grey Gardens" neighbor, should probably go with a 90% for "privacy." I thought that was perfect discretion, but hit-the-mark. I have found that the screens make a huge difference to cooling, but also privacy. Even with lights on during the day, it is impossible to see into the home, but easy to see out. Thank you AZ Sun Screens.

The workmanship was very good. The person I dealt with was not the best communicator. I was expecting him to return with my screens on Wednesday. I called the office on Thursday and let them know I hadn't been contacted. Once I let them know I was not happy, I got a call from him immediately.

They were very professional and the word was fabulous. I will use them again.

This was not an easy job as the screen we needed was large and had to be attached to a stone wall. They did a fabulous job and we have been very happy with the results.

Del was on time but installer had to cancel and confusion around reschedule date and I had to call three times to get it scheduled. Good product, professional, just confused about appointment. I would use them again.

The estimator was on time and professional. Their price was more than what we wanted to spend. There was no pressure when I called them and gave our decision to go with a different company.

A+ says it all. Everyone involved was professional. I got several bids and theirs was the lowest. After several months, I've had no complaints. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Mike, the estimator, came out when he said he would. The only problem was that the installation crew came without making an appointment, and I had to send them away and reschedule. Other than that, the install went well and the screens not only look god but are sufficiently protecting my windows from errant golf balls.

Quote process was fine. Cost of the project seemed high to me so did not do the job.

We purchased the entire screen and frame, and had pet proof screening used. The screen slides like a dream. Coincidentally, while pet sitting the visiting dog pushed out the corner screen, and Dale came over and repaired it free of charge. I have already referred friends to this company. Great company, reliable, prompt, and I have nothing but praise for this company.

It went well. They were always on time for estimates and installation. The screens are beautiful.

Del came to our house to give us a bid. He was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful, and took his time to answer my questions and to help me choose a product that would be best for our home. The installer was right on time and very professional. He also answered a couple of questions and gave me some helpful tips. The screens look amazing. We are thrilled with our new screens and have already recommended them to a friend!

They are excellent. They show up on time or after being a little bit late they call. Excellent professionalism.

The salesman was helpful in reccomending which window needed what type of screens, and color of screens. The installer did a great job and worked hard getting all screen installed properly.
