The company was late, charged me double the quote, and did $180.00 worth of damage to my rental.

Shady company, look elsewhere. I went with them based on price and that they were highly rated . According to the estimator, I needed 1 truck. When moving day came, they could not fit everything in 1 truck. In fact, it was not just a little bit leftover, but quite a bit. They had someone come out the next day to pick it all up and would later pack it on 2 pallets at their warehouse that I had to pay to ship across country. I did not have any other options since we had to be out of the house and were moving long distance. The items on the truck made it on time and safely. It was the pallets that never arrived. When I finally called to check the status (2 weeks after they were picked up), I found out they were just sitting in the warehouse and were not shipped yet. They had not even gotten an estimate of the cost. Then they gave the wrong phone number to the 3rd party company that was transporting it so they could not arrange delivery because they could not get in touch with me. Finally the day came to have it delivered (6 weeks after pickup) and the 3rd party transport company asked if I had packaged the pallets up myself. I said no, the professional movers did that we paid. He said it was one of the worst jobs he has ever seen and kept telling me it is just items and they can be replaced. He also made a point to give me detailed instructions on how to file a claim for broken items because he knew things would be broken. The 3rd party transport company pays for 100% replacement value but normally works with the shipper, not receiver. I filed a claim with the transport company anyways and reached out to All Service Moving on it. All Service Moving said they would pay me the full amount right away if I signed the incident waiver signing away my rights. This included not holding All Service Moving responsible for anything related to the damage as well as not be able to post any negative review, rating, post about them. I am sorry, what?!?! Due to their negligence and incompetent job, items were damaged and I can not share that to prevent others from experiencing the same? Obviously, I refused to sign. I kept my claim with the transport company. Although our claim settlement was only 1/3 of what I was asking for, I would rather receive the lower amount and still be able to write this review so others are warned. Let this be your warning to run away, far away from this company!

Efficient, friendly and conscientious.

Jared and Justin were so wonderful. They worked at a fast pace and were excellent to me. Iâ d hire them again for sure. 100% satisfying experience.

They were great!

Everything from beginning to end with All Service Moving was easy, helpful, and so professional. The staff at the office that helped me schedule and answered my questions was pleasant and kind. And the two men that moved all of my stuff were amazing. Madge and Pierce were so nice and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond in helping me move awkwardly sized furniture and were quick and efficient. They jumped at any requests I had and I will definitely be asking for them whenever I move again in the future.

Guys were careful and thoughtful about how to move things without injuring themselves

The movers were very efficient, helpful and pleasant. Great response when we had a question.

Their hourly rate was pricey, but they worked very fast (it helped that I had the logistics hammered out in detail beforehand).

They left some scuff marks I'll have to paint over, but overall very efficient (they came in under the estimate) and not too expensive.

The loading process during my move went smoothly. The unloading was a different story and boxes are all over the place - not in the designated locations we had reviewed when we arrived at my new house.

Make sure that the project is staffed properly. They should have come out to see what and how much was being moved as opposed to basing it on the square footage.

Very friendly and professional movers. Showed up with the tools of the trade and worked well on moving our second floor apartment to our new house across town. Would recommend, would hire again.

Did a quick and efficient move for me

Very efficient young men moved us. They were fast and respectful of our furnishings. Very kind and willing to help us place items in our new home. They even put the beds together. We were very pleased.
