DO NOT TRUST THESE REVIEWS. The movers are paid a bonus for 5-star reviews and awkwardly ask people to do them. We spent over $12,000 with this company just have thousands of dollars worth of furniture damaged (a buffet with a broken leg, a torn apart crib, scratches and chipped wood from just about every wood item we own, a snapped bassinet, a shelving unit, and so many more), coke dumped on baby clothing and left to soak for a week at their storage, my wedding dress was trampled on, the packers threw dirty bbq buckets in with clothing. They spent a whole day just killing time so that we would need to pay for another day. They sent a joke of a wood repair person out here who basically colored in (and made look worse) a part of their damage (forgetting tons of things because he was in too much of a rush to get back to his cigarettes). I do not know what our next step is. Their operations person has not responded. Oh, and they charge extra money after each invoice and just auto correct charges on their end. I cannot imagine that is legal. They call and say their crew forgot to charge for something. And even without approval, they make the change. It is not my fault their crew cannot seem to figure out how to pack, move, or invoice correctly. Run from this company! My realtor (who had a pitch at her REMAX office) will never allow any of her clients to use this company again, and I am sure she will share our experience with others in her office. I am in tears thinking about how much they both ripped us off and how violated we feel for the treatment of our items.

All Service Moving Portland, I recommend this place 100% if you are moving long distance. From the estimate to the end of the move, everything was smooth and worry/stress-free. I got stressed a lot from interstate moving and searched all the options. Pods, long-distance van line movers, and all the Portland movers were in my consideration. Not like un-reliable representatives/responses, or un-reasonably expensive quotes from other movers, All Service Moving was the place that contacted me with a reasonable estimate immediately and made me so comfortable from the first call/response. They gave me a call a week before my move for the status update; everything is the same as scheduled. Amazing. Since I had signed my moving contract, they contacted me in advance, not me. There was no delayed response or worry. Two thumbs up!! On the moving day, a driver and two movers came and started protecting(packing) my furniture and loading it. Alfonso, the driver, was excellent. Asking him as your driver, if possible. He is careful, communicating with us everything, and patient. 2 Movers, Jack and Sebastian were very efficient, thorough, and fast, but not rushing. They were great! Loading from my house was done within 3 hours. I hoped these two movers also come with the truck and unload my stuff. That much they were good! Alfonso called me every morning about the status of the truck to us. He arrived at our Arizona home on time and finished unloading and organizing the furniture and boxes with top-quality service. I cannot find any bad experience with All service Moving Portland. They are different from any mover I have ever used for decades. Exceptionally Good! If you want a worry-free and reasonably priced moving like mine, go ahead with ASM, All Service Moving.

They were careful quick, friendly and flexible.

Two young men talked about personal things the entire time which slowed them down.

Awesome workers. It took a lot longer than I or the movers could have expected and they did it in the pouring rain! Tyler was a pro! Maxim was great! They were at my apartment at 9am. Packed for nearly 6 hours. Issues with my apartment elevator made it take longer. Then they moved me in and placed all intend in correct location for a few more hours. Totally recommend! I haven’t unboxed everything yet so not sure if there is any damage to items. So far so good

The gentleman were very polite and helpful. Customer service on the phone was professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

We moved twice with All Service over a month. Both times their crew showed up late, with no notice. The first crew was very pleasant and worked hard. However, they were gone for nearly 90 minutes for their lunch break (without telling us they were leaving), which meant they did not complete our move out by the cutoff time for our building and we were fined. For our second move (from storage to new home), they sent a crew from a different location who brought a truck that was way too small, overpacked the truck even after they informed us they would have to make a second trip, and then spent 30 minutes trying to get their ramp back in the truck. They did not seem to know how or want to put our beds back together once everything was unloaded. We realized as we were settling in and unpacking that nearly every piece of wood furniture had scratches or chips in it, including our cherry dining table and chairs they were supposed to have wrapped well. They did do a good job with my antique china cabinet though. We hired them after seeing all the other positive reviews here on HomeAdvisor, but will not use them again or recommend them.
