Their price was slightly below the other prices (other companies provided a quote, sight-unseen). I have a rather unique construction, 90-year old home. They completely hid the venting, by running through crawl-space, closet and attic. Outdoor vent doesn't show at all. Within 2 days, basement radon levels dropped from 10 to 2, and now is less than 1.

I have been told many years ago by a handyman that the fan belongs to Radon unit. Affordable Radon came over and looked at it and said it is a humidity fan and he was very nice to walk around and check if we have a radon unit in the house. Since he did not find out, he left a radon test unit to see if we need a Radon fan installed . I would definitely recommend this company
