Showed up on time, Price was competitive. Job completed with my initial inputs achieved.

Their price was slightly below the other prices (other companies provided a quote, sight-unseen). I have a rather unique construction, 90-year old home. They completely hid the venting, by running through crawl-space, closet and attic. Outdoor vent doesn't show at all. Within 2 days, basement radon levels dropped from 10 to 2, and now is less than 1.

Very prompt in responses, very professional to work with and the technician was great. He was very knowledgable, on time and cleaned everything up when he was finished. He then explained how things should work and what to do later on if there was a concern.

Went over the project in detail. Did the job in a timely manner and left the site like there were never there...except for the pipe and fan of course! Very polite and respectful. Planned the approach to create as little impact as possible. The price was the price, no surprises.

Technicians were polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. They were easy to talk to and explained the process and how to check the gauge, know when the blower was working, etc... all done on time.

Excellent service - installed quickly and efficiently. Unit has been installed for about 3 months, and levels in my living areas are always less than 2. They used to be 6-8. These guys know what they are doing.

They accommodated my desire to have the mitigation system in a particular area of the house, hidden on the side of the house. They were fast and thorough. Radon test came back very very low which really gave me piece of mind.

Technician arrived late due to challenging install before us. He stayed and worked til way after dark and left the premises clean. The only part of the process he was unable to complete was the painting of the outside pipe due to weather and darkness. Impressive job by an impressive young man.
