They were awesome.  They were very professional, punctual, and considerate.  They also took the time to explain everything very carefully.

The technician was very friendly, helpful, and informative. As it has only been a week, I can't yet vouch for whether or not the treatment will work, but Action Termite will come back out if we notice any reappearance over the coming year.
I had bought a deal through Angie's List, and it would have covered the whole exterior permiter of my home, but after the technician showed me the evidence of termites inside my garage, I paid an extra $100 to have that area done, as well.

Very prompt at responding. Jeremy did my estimate and services provided quickly. Eddie was my technician. My only complaint was that the concrete patches were a little raised in some areas. I would have preferred them smoother and more flush with the surrounding areas.  I've used Action on another house (similar treatment) and it went very well. Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the courtesy shown by all the people there I've worked with and would highly recommend them.

Provider was on time, courteous and the spray he used was not toxic (I have animals). I have seen a few dead bugs outside and inside and am overall very pleased with this service.

I was very impressed. So much so we have set up service for the company to come again. I especially like the power spray for the yard. I think that does a better job than the back pack method of here and there spray.

The service was fine. I think they came out a week or two after I purchased the Big Deal. They were very nice and efficient. So, I would recommend them.

Service tech showed up on schedule and explained the process. Performed the process as was explained and was completed within the stated time frame.

That's one of the services you don't really know how they turned out. The guys were punctual, they were very polite. They seem to know what they were doing. I don't have any termites so I guess they did good. They were very professional. They did the job. They did it quickly. They did it when they aid they were going to do it. They came out when they said they would come out so everything was cool. They cleaned up their mess after they were through.

They're a good company. We pay $50 a year. I like them very well. Their professionalism is very good.

The initial survey was very professional and clear on what work was going to be done.   This alone would have made me approve the work despite the excellent Angie's list price deal.   The work was done as stated in the survey and post cleanup was excellent.

They did a full termite inspection and sprayed around the house.

Blocked a pigeon nest in my roof line that housed noisy nasty pigeons for many years.  They also powerwashed the area to clean it up.  I also had them add stake strips on another window in my courtyard that birds started hanging out and pooping everywhere.  MasterTech was ontime and great communication as well as did a very professional job and am pigeon and bird free where they did it.  It was the best money I ever spent I just wish I would have done it years ago.  If you have pigeons nesting in your house call them and they will fix it

After spotting a number of termite tubes on the side of my house, I went onto Angie's List looking for local termite services. Action Termite had high ratings and offered an Angie's List deal for service which struck me as having a better-than-fair price.
I contacted the service through Angie's List and had a prompt response from the service. We set up an appointment. The serviceman notified us by phone a half-hour or so before arriving and then showed up promptly. The service was performed quickly and -- as near as I can tell -- effectively. Our serviceman was helpful and informative. I definitely would use Action Termite Control again.

Came to my home very nice and greeted me and my kids ,he explained what he was going to do. He worked around me and my children and never once seemed bothered. He went spraying away in and out of the house he was done in no time. I even had question about pigeons control and bed bugs he gave me the run down of each issues I was concerned about. He understood my concern with the bed bugs and inspected my bedroom immediately and taught me where to look for them and what they look like. Giving me the run down because I have been the only one getting bitten in my family and no one believe me I feel crazy but no Zach confirmed to me that yes I had a problem. Which I was so saddened by because I have just recently moved in and now I have an embarrassing problem which now I have to pay to get rid of, first time in my life I've ever had to experience this issues. Zach explained to me that its common now and that it can be treated. Since I'm the one searching for help on this and I am paying for everything myself Zach told me what where my options. I appreciate MasterTech Pest Solutions for offering a reasonable affordable price for there services. Sometimes you never know weather or not a company is honest or you can trust the quality but I'm so relieved that my house got serviced and you could just tell Master Tech Pest Solutions is a people-person company. I can't wait now to get additional help with additional services from Master Tech Pest Solutions. defiantly worth the price and outstanding service =)

Jordan arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. Found termites and suggested a 5 year termite treatment be performed.

Scheduled the treatment within a few days and Zack arrived on time and was also courteous and professional. He explained the procedure for the treatment which was very helpful.

Would defenetly used Master Tech again.

Needed for re-finance.  Lender did not say a state inspection report was needed along with treatment record.  Had to have Action come back to get an inspection report.  When appointment was made Action was told that this was for a re-finance and when the tech was here he was told it was for a re-finance.  For anyone getting a loan ask for the state inspection report.

Did a good job. We wached the team do all the said they would do.

The company was in Arizona and we have moved to Georgia so I had to cancel the deal. He seemed very professional on the phone.

Zack came by and did the normal spray. As usual, he was polite and professional.

Technicians were very professional and neat. Work was completed within 2 hrs of starting, which included removing as much of the Pegeon . Corrective action is working very well as I have not had any further pegeon nesting problems.
