Description of Work: Super impressed with the customer service AND with the prompt service by the technician. Their charge was nominal. I don't remember what I paid them, but I DO remember thinking that they were extremely fair in their charge. I have used them more than once and will again.

Description of Work: They quickly responses to my no heat call and determined that my Carrier heat pump needed a new compressor. I had purchased the heat pump from them 4 plus yrs ago & It was under warranty. After 6 days of no heat Accutemp had still not found a replacement compressor from Carrier, and were indicating it might be another week. I called another HVAC company I has previously used and they had it replaced and working in two days. Lower pricefor the labor charges by 20% also. Will not use Accutemp again
