We used ABS shuttle service for 10 years and were satisfied. Since this SC Express has taken over we have been seriously dissatisfied. First ride with SC Express we waited 45 minutes and then the car's trunk would not hold a golf bag so we rode with it on our laps!! Second (and last) ride after we got into the car and we were leaving the airport the driver was informed that he had to wait for another rider(s) because another of their vehicles had broken down. Rather than wait again we decided to take Uber and it was cheaper, cleaner and very pleasant. SC Express would not refund the prepaid fare even though we did not ride with them and they had a substitute rider due to the breakdown. Bad service and worse customer relations. Make other arrangements.

The experience was fine. They are all pretty much the same. The pricing was reasonable, it was not cheap. With respect to punctuality, they were on time.
