"We appreciate your feedback. So sorry we dropped the ball at this cleaning! It looks like not only were the areas missed, the supervisor at the home failed to notice these areas were not completed. If something like this ever happens we back it up our 100% satisfaction guarantee. We want all our clients to be happy after EVERY cleaning. I looked back at the text messages that were sent back and forth about this cleaning. I see that we did offer to come out to clean/re-clean any missed areas, but the offer was not accepted. After you stated the cleaning was okay overall, and you were happy with the offered discount, our customer service rep thought that you were satisfied with the resolution. So sorry this was misinterpreted! If there is anything left that we can do to resolve this, please contact our office and we will be happy to do so. We did double check the time the team was at your home and they arrived at 8:34AM and punched out at 11:10PM. This should have been enough time to give your home a quality cleaning if the team had followed the correct cleaning procedures and double checked their work. Unfortunately that did not happen. Our next step when something like this happens is to follow up with the team to let them know what happened. We then take whatever corrective actions are necessary. Our teams are also very clear that pay and bonuses are tied directly to the quality of their work, so most the time this works a great motivator for them to do a good job. We do use commercial grade flat mops with microfiber pads. We upgraded to these from a standard mop because we found that they work better for the hard floors in most homes. We combine this with a very good floor cleaner that cleans well, doesn't streak(most floors), and doesn't leave a residue that causes a sticky floor. If a floor is either missed or not cleaned well, its usually not the fault of the mop, but rather the mop being improperly used. Occasionally a hard floor needs extra attention due to type of dirt or build up, but most the time we are able to resolve this with additional pressure or a second mopping."
"I'm puzzled by this because I don't think this was meant for our company. This cleaning is not in our records and for that matter we do not offer service in that state. I'm wondering if this was a review meant for the Dirt Busters over there? This will be the 2nd review that I believe was meant for another company. I have already spoken with Angieslist about this. I noticed other companies say they are having some problems with this as well. Hopefully something will be done to have more accurate reviews or at least mark it as "work not performed"."
I just expected more. for a special price of $179 basically I paid $45 per hour per person. Maybe I expected too much and I should have looked over the house before they left but at that point I was pretty frustrated from having my day messed up with the late arrival etc.
