Don was great to work with and his crews did a great job for us.

This company remodeled our 25 year old plaster diving pool to a beautiful blue mini pebble tec with new waterline tile and pool light. We got 6 quotes before deciding to go with this company because of the amazing warranty (there was only 1 company with a lower price, but only had a 3yr warranty compared to the 12yr I got) The owner Don has amazing customer service skills, he called us everyday to inform us of the next steps, always returned my calls promptly, super friendly and the job started before my start date. The crews work was outstanding... fast, clean and diligent. Very very happy!!

I met personally with the owner and discussed the desired job (Repair pool tiles and cool-deck). He made his recommendations, explained the details of the repairs, and offered prompt response and a reasonable price. Work started without delay (sooner then he estimated). His maintenance-pros arrived on-time, providing excellent workmanship. Their after-job cleanup was excellent. Except for a fine-looking new pool-deck, they left no evidence that there were even there. I recommend them!

AZ Pool and Spa Renovations did an outstanding job remodeling my pool. Don or Tim would let me know everyday what I could expect and who I could expect to have on the property. They worked hand in glove with StoneLeaf Outdoor with whom I contracted to remodel the pool deck and patio. StoneLeaf did an outstanding job as well. I am extremely pleased with my pool and deck / patio remodel.

Had some communication problems in the beginning. The owner, Don, listened to my concerns. In the end, they completed the remodel and the pool is beautiful, and their price was very competitive!

We had our deck redone, as we had artificial grass, the crew worked with us very well and did a beautiful job. When the company sent in a clean up crew,they caused some minor damage and when I asked about it, was rudely told it was like that. Well,it wasn't,but we didn't take pictures before and after. So even though the crew did good,I would rate customer service pretty low and being pretty much called a liar won't get a recommendation.

We needed to have our pool deck and pool surface redone. We had a slight scheduling/coordination issue but the crews worked hard and got things done. The pool looks new and Tim's recommendations as far as material and color proved spot on. We are very happy with our new pool.

Their first attempt at plastering the pool had problems. Tim and Mike were excellent at trying to fix issues. Finally it was decided to redo the plaster giving them a 5+ for their integrity. A virtue not often found in today's world!!

This company keeps their crews very busy.Some days I wasn't sure if the right hand knew what the left hand was doing.The project was finished in a timely manner,but above all I am very pleased with the look of the finished product.

the end result is an absolutely beautiful remodeled pool, deck, and waterfall feature. after 5 previous proposals, we felt Tim gave us the most honest and direct responses. unlike others, he actively proposed things that we never knew existed. the interesting result is that we had the opportunity to do the job the right way with the cost being no greater than a slapstick solution. we did not hire this company due to the pricing. however,the quote was on the lower end of the quotes we received. the process did not go as smoothly as it should have. it seems that the scheduling was not coordinating with the project manager. In fact, the project manager never came to the project (which took 5 weeks to complete) after the first couple of days. He seemed to rely on reports of which subs were there and assumed that the normal process was progressing. some things didn't go in the normal progression, and that seemed to throw the management into disarray. We had 2 items that we thought were major issues. I called. it took 5 days for the process to play out to a terrific end product, but we were dealing with anxiety turned to anger that could have been avoided had the project manager stopped by to explain the solutions to our concerns. somehow, we ended up with the company owner at our house to answer questions, explain how things are put together, to tell us the fine points about operating the new pool systems and how to have a more efficient operating pool. We were disappointed that the salesman and project manager didn't walk us through the end product. He told us he would oversee the entire project, but he didn't all of the subs were terrific. each came in, did quality work, cleaned up after themselves and were friendly throughout their stay. we decided that for us, redoing the pool was like making sausage. the process was more unpleasant than it needed to be, but the end result is top-notch. we recommend this company. we would use them again.

Beware of this contractor. We had quality issues and they were difficult to resolve. Define in detail workmanship standards to be meet. Define in detail standards to be meet for start-up pool chemical balance. Our pool remodel was not done in a professional timely manner.

Great pricing without all the upgraded pricing as with other pool companies. Great people to work with without all the pushy salesmanship. Pool looks great and kept to the schedule.

By far the best price, incredibly professional and everything was completed on time. I absolutely love the resurfacing and tile work they did on our pool. I would highly recommend them!!! So happy with the results!

Arizona Pool and Spa won my contract based on price and customer service and support. They explained everything to me that they would do and pointed out any other issues I had with our pool. I currently moved here from the UK not owing a swimming pool where I felt very comfort and confident with the information provided regards to the repair to our pool. One thing I was concerned about was getting over charged which I didn't with this company after having five different companies quote me for the same job. Overall excellent company which I would recommend for work man ship and customer service

Tim was very professional and knowledgable upon first meeting and estimate. He dilgently followed up with phone calls but was not pushy. The estimate was competitive with others, but Tim's personality and ability to make us feel "at ease" with this large project was the key reason why we chose AZ Pool and Spa. The schedule was aggressive but completed on time. The crew worked incredibly hard and, more importantly, were respectful to the backyard and very clean. The pool looks great - and I'm very glad that we hired AZ Pool and Spas.

I cannot say enough good things about Arizona Pool & Spa Renovations. When I met with Tim and for an estimate - he was knowledgeable and thorough in answering all my questions. We got such a good feeling about this company that we went with them to remove our old plaster and replace with pebble. My husband and I joked that there was no way that this pool project would go according to the schedule that Tim had laid out for us, but WE were WRONG. Schedule went exactly they way we were told. Our pool looks amazing! All the workers we on time, polite and cleanly. I would highly recommend this company.
