"Hey Cherie thanks for the review. We did not do any concrete work for you the crack you have is in the concrete that was poured many years before us. We have explained this to you on multiple occasions. I have been out to the pool on multiple occasions as well as Juan. The complaint is of the existing concrete and the crack is from existing concrete. We did not do either of the repairs on your pool at any time. There was never a contract for it. I am more then willing to paint your deck but the concrete is bad which was done years ago and you don't want to address it. You have my cell phone number. Im very sorry for the trouble you are going"
"Jeff, thanks for the review. We do have an electrician who does all of our pool lights. We can change that out any time. We we're simply saying that we wouldn't have the light in before the pool interior was finished which is still no problem we can change a light out any time. The slab for the equipment we also can change, we normally advise people to do that when or if you are doing a sand change or changing out equipment since we would have to remove the existing equipment to put a new slab under it. Hope you're enjoying the pool and thanks for your business!"

"We apologize for the pots holding up the process. I put the vacuum in that's true, in the mini pebble surface we don't have a waiting period as we would with a white plaster surface , we acid wash the pools to remove the excess debris. I apologize you felt we ignored you, but I'm happy you like the way your pool looks and the workmanship being good. The chemicals were added, per the directions of national plaster council it is best to keep chemical levels low at start up. Mike 602-989-6840"
"It's true a lot of our crews don't speak perfect English, however they do speak English. Most of the time we ask the client and crew members to speak directly to us to limit confusion. We apologize for some of the material that flew out of the pool, it's a messy process sometimes. I hope my clean up efforts I did at startup satisfied you."
