He did an overall good job. Since he had to cut into the drywall there were holes that needed patched and he left with out finishing the patch work. Additionally he complained the entire time about how hard the job was and that he is running behind.

I am very pleased with them. I really like them because they come on time and do exactly what I ask. They are my handymen on call and I use them all the time. They do anything that I ask them to do. They did a wonderful job and keep everything clean. They clean up after themselves very nicely. The last time they were here for four hours.

My son was there for the work and he said everything went well and Courtney was honest in his quotes. Work was completed in a timely manner and I am very pleased with the results.

He arrived promptly, calling 10 minutes ahead to give me warning. A great guy with a positive attitude. He had the tools and parts with him and did the job quickly. He didn't charge for the full hour since the faucet repair was quick and easy. I thought it was going to be expensive since my ceiling fan and light wasn't working....the main reason I had called him. He pointed out that the switch, which we never use and I had completely forgotten exists, had evidently been turned off in the night while my husband, who has Alzheimer's, roamed the house flicking switches. A lesson learned on my part that didn't cost a thing
I had used Larry before, years ago, with the same positive results. Then, it was a toilet repair. He quickly diagnosed the problem as super minor and fixed it at no charge.
I will call this guy for help any time I need it!

Larry was punctual and willing to do anything I ask him to do and then made sure it was done to my satisfaction. He efficient and cleaned up after himself. I will be using him again and soon. Great serviced and great guy.

He is a really social guy and did a good job for us. He was polite, clean, and neat. I was so pleased of what he did and the prices that he charged I asked him if he did anything else and he said said he could do anything.

Their price is very reasonable, at $75 an hour. Larry does very good work. I've used them a number of times.

He did a lot of stuff for me. He is a general contractor too. He is really punctual. I kind of like the personal service. It's not a really big company, I think it is just him honestly. He does really good work and he does what he says he is going to when he says he will do it.

In the past they installed a vanity and laid some tile. They are very prompt and they do what they say they are going to do. I had a good experience, as far as I was concerned. Their price was fine.

Larry arrived on time, he charges by the hour and he works very quickly and efficiently. He laid plastic down wherever he was working and cleaned up after himself. I was very pleased with the work done and will use him again.

I had a great experience overall. I left a message and was called back within 2 hours for initial phone consultation to set up a time for Larry to come out to do an estimate. He answered all my questions and I felt he was very knowledgable and reasonable in his suggestions for the electrical repairs I needed, in addition to the new work I wanted him to do. He was prompt and polite and we set up a time for him to do the work a week later. He completed the work as requested, and cleaned up well after himself. I was pleased with the work he did and with the way he does business. I will definitely pass his name along to friends and use him again in the future if needed.

The problem with the the toilet part was not their fault. They are great. They also recommended the solar company that we are using to get solar electric on our house. They did not charge me to fix the toilet problem. They did a great job at a good price. They are expert at what they do. I totally recommend this company.

Larry replaced my old, leaking water heater. Job was completed quickly. He delivered the new water heater and hauled away the old one. My water heater is located inside the house (old house). Larry was respectful of the interior and my belongings. Larry installed a new electrical box on my main heat pump and rewired the box. The old wiring was a total mess, laying on the roof, open to the weather. Larry is somewhat of an electrical savant, knows what he is doing and enjoys the work. I have 2 heat pumps on my home. Larry rerouted the condenser lines from both units to converge into a single condenser line. Not connected with these jobs, Larry remodeled one of my bathrooms with another Larry from Preferred Handyman Services a couple of years ago. Larry is great to work with and it is also a pleasure to deal with his wife, Courtney, who schedules the work and holds down the office.

He was fast, new what he was doing. frendly and easy to work with. I would hire him again anytime.

The price he charged was for the entire contract. He wasn't the lowest bid for installing our microwave, but he did an absolutely excellent job that we are totally satisfied with. He built a shelf and above it he mechanically installed the electrical outlet to plug it in. He filled the holes so the wires could go through where the new outlet was inside the cupboard. He painted the whole thing. He did an absolutely fantastic job. He was really good and personable. I am satisfied with the price for what he did. It was probably a little bit more than what I really wanted to pay, but it definitely was worth the amount I paid. He wasn't high for what he did, but he definitely wasn't the cheapest we could have found to do something that might have satisfied us. You get what you pay for. We paid a little bit more but I think we got what we paid for. For what we got the price was very good. He came and did the estimate exactly when he said he would. He got the estimate to us exactly when he said he would. We actually negotiated the price because I had two toilet mechanisms that I wanted to have changed and he did that. We negotiated the price and it was a matter of whether we were supplying the parts or he was supplying them. I ended up supplying them because they were a little bit less and he had no problems with that. He actually fixed some wiring that was wrong in our electric box. That was part of what his estimate included and part of why it was a little higher than the other guy that was not going to do that. He said there were two circuits on the same breaker and he actually installed an additional breaker and put the other circuit on it. He thought it would be a good idea because of the microwave. The other guy wasn't even concerned about it. Right now I believe he is working alone because things have slowed down a little bit. In the past he had other handymen in his company. He was very personal and he told me exactly what he was doing. As he worked he didn't mind when I took some pictures. He had no problem with that. He is a great guy. I can't think of his name. I think it is Steve, but I am not sure of that. He is a very nice and personable guy and so is his wife. His wife sits in the office and does the bookkeeping. Both of them were very nice and responsive and did everything that was expected when it was expected. I would use him again in the future. In fact I was thinking of calling him as there were a couple of things I wanted to get done.

Project met expectations and work was done in a timely manner.
