A & D AUTO BODY Arrowhead

It was fast. They were professional, very nice people. The only problem was the pricing. I had to have some body work done, I had a wreck and I had some body work done a couple of years ago and I went to another company. I only paid a $1,000 for it and the damage was quite a bit more expensive than this one was. I went into A & D and they gave me an estimate of $1,500. I had a few scratches on the fender and I wanted those bumper guards replaced; and then of course, I wanted it repainted where the scratches and stuff were taken out. He said, $1,500! I said, Wow, that's high! He said, Prices have gone up. Well, they couldn't have gone up that much. I said, No! Again, I didn't have that much damage to the car. There were heavy scratches and it looked more like tar, rubbing tar from the tire on the car, like a tire mark. He wanted to charge me $1,500. I told him, No! These company see women coming and they think women don't know sh*t about anything. They're liable to pull out their d*mn credit and go, Oh, here you go, charge it! We'll honey, not this old broad! I'm not falling for it! I asked them about a loaner and they said, Well you'll have to wait till we get one in, we don't have one in! I couldn't have gotten the service done in a timely fashion anyway. He said, The loaner wouldn't be in for 5 days. Then I said, Well how long do you need the car? He said, I need it for like 5 or 6 days.

We have had 3 cars repaired through A&D over the last several years and the work has been fantastic. This is a family owned business that truly wants to earn your business. They are honest and do what they say they will. I will continue to use A&D if the need arises.

Nice repair gave name of another provider that would be a cheaper option

Friendly, courteous service. I was immediately greeted and given a written estimate with 3 repair options. It was easy to make an appointment to have the work done. My repair was completed in less time than I expected and the cost was less than the estimate. My car was spotless, inside and out, when I picked it up.

I was given a list of body shops from my insurance company and I researched all of them through Angie's list and the BBB. My research concluded with A and D Auto Body. This business stood out from the rest. I contacted them and set up a date to have my damage repaired. The person I contacted was very friendly and helpful, explaining the process clearly. I then took my vehicle in and had it back within two days. The repair was excellent. My whole experience with this company was positive and I would recommend them to anyone. I will also use them in the future.

A and D AUTO BODY has two shops. They do fantastic work. They are on time. They stick to the estimate they give you. They are a little pricy, but the work they do is outstanding.
