The carpet cleaning was okay. They (Tiffany and Tim Spaulding) overcharged the cost of the service and accused my husband of purchasing a different service on the spot when in fact it was not true. They didn't honor the listed price for Angie List members as initially agreed and discussed with Tiffany. When contacted about the overcharge, they acted unprofessional, rude, dishonest, with very poor customer service skills. I purchased in advance a coupon for their service from Angie List, that's why I contacted them. On the day of the service, Tim was trying to sell other services (more expensive of course). My husband declined, and confirmed that we only needed standard cleaning services. We believe we were scammed by this company. I mentioned to Tim that I’m an Angie List member for a long time and that will write not a positive report on his business due to this bad experience. He said he didn’t care... He also mentioned that the money paid for the coupon I purchased in advance was taken by Angie List. I don't believe this is the way to do business. I trusted providers screened by Angie List. I don't know anymore. I would hope they (Tiffany and Tim) honor the agreed price for Angie List members and provide my refund. I can provide facts and details as needed. Thanks.

"This experience was problematic our end as well, unfortunately. The voucher was purchased in May of 2017. All vouchers are honored for only the monetary value at time of purchase, not the deal advertised. The deal reserved was a deal that we non longer service or offer. The money that was paid in 2017 DID go directly to Angie'[Member Information Removed] list, as it was a reserved deal (no longer offered by Angie'[Member Information Removed] list). The invoice provided to you did reflect the compensation for your fees already paid, although that was money that came out of my company (NOT Angie'[Member Information Removed] list). I agree that perhaps my level of professionalism may not have been up to par. I feel that after the integrity of myself, company, technician were in question as well as being accused of being racist I simply acted as any human would. The services were completed AS REQUESTED and the invoice was paid and signed by the husband. After the wife had reviewed the invoice she had realized that her husband opted for the deep clean that she did not want, initially stating that "He forgot." Again, there were no charges for services not completed and the invoice was credited the original price paid well over a year ago. The total paid was $102.96 for the deep cleaning of 3 bedrooms, a flight of stairs, and a hall. I would also like to mention that the customers were both very pleased with the results of the cleaning service they had received."

My initial request was answered in minutes. Tiffany provided options and an estimate. They were sable to give me the date requested. Tim showed up on time and we went over the job and he got right to work. The final result exceeded my expectations and I paid the the estimated price. It was competed on time and is guaranteed.

From start to finish I knew I hired the right company. I called around to a number of places and they had the best price for just doing the dryer duct. The employee who came to the house quickly got the job done and cleaned up well after word. Just be aware if your dryer is on a pedestal you will be charged a little extra, but if you’re willing to build it yourself you’re good to go.

After putting in a call to company, it was scheduled quickly and efficiently. The tech came out on time, educated my husband, did the cleaning, cleaned up the mess made, thanked him and left. It was 1 hour at the most.

Didn't even make a dent in either area but insisted he had done a good job! Put pool shock in the fountain and said it needed to sit for a week and then never heard from them again. Shower didn't look any different than before he started.

We found this family-owned company to be very professional and responsible in their customer relations. Appointment was booked promptly, confirmed the day before, and courtesy call given 30 minutes prior to arrival. We had removed small items to facilitate cleaning, and the owner, Tim, moved larger items in each room so as to clean as thoroughly as possible throughout the house. When he returned later in the week to clean the outdoor tile, he also redid the high traffic hallway and kitchen area inside our house. He returned one more time within a week to apply an extra coat of seal to the travertine pool deck. We found their service to be above average and pricing extremely fair. We will certainly use their services again in the future, and highly recommend them to others.

I found this company on Angie’s List. From start to finish- they did a professional and incredible job. The attention to detail - as well as the valuable advice that the owners took their own time (multiple times) to explain to me was invaluable. I would use them again and again. In addition, the owners extremely sensitive to the importance of chemical exposure, and children and animals! I could not recommend them enough!

My service was a year ago, but I wanted to be sure to leave a review. Our dryer vent travels up one wall, across a ceiling and vents out of the side of the house. Apparently there are a few twists and turns. The technician was very personable, and very efficient. He removed a LARGE amount of lint. However, the next day when I used the dryer, it wasn't drying the clothes which usually means the vents are blocked. I called the company and the tech was out almost immediately. He went to work and found ANOTHER large amount of lint which must have moved when he was cleaning the first time. I had purchased an Angies List deal, and even though they had to come out twice to clean the duct, they didn't charge me extra. I will certainly use them again, and I told all of my neighbors about them!
