I recently had the pleasure of working with Varsity Pest Services, and I must extend my heartfelt thanks to Blake Swim for his exceptional service. His thorough inspection of our home was both enlightening and reassuring, especially after the unsettling discovery of a minor termite infestation. Blake's deep knowledge about termites, particularly those common in Arizona, was truly impressive. He shared that our state is home to about 17 species of termites, with the subterranean variety being the most prevalent and destructive. It's astonishing to learn that these relentless critters work 24/7, never taking a break—not even for a siesta! Understanding the enemy is half the battle. For instance, I learned that termites can squeeze through cracks as thin as 1/32 of an inch—about the thickness of a penny. This newfound knowledge has empowered my wife and me to take proactive measures to protect our home, turning our initial anxiety into confidence.

We've been using Varsity for several years and we are very happy customers. They installed termite bait stations around our homes exterior and that put an end to the occasional dirt tubes we'd find when we used the other termite treatment practices. Our technician Chris has always gone above and beyond for us. When I was recently home from the hospital with a newborn, he was servicing the house and saw a delivery driver come to drop off a package and told them not to ring or else it would wake the baby. Heâ s brought my trash can in when itâ s windy outside, heâ s offered to come get a ginormous cockroach for me on his off day. Customer service with our technician is wonderful.

I hired Varsity termite & pest control for my parent's new home purchase. We needed a Termite Inspection and wanted to set up a regular pest control service. Blake, who came to do the Inspection was so knowledgeable, friendly and prompt and accommodating. Tony came to do Termite Treatment and the initial pest control and again was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and very detail oriented. When it was done, he walked me through everything and it was very impressive. Great experience and I would highly recommend them! A few months later I had hired Varsity Pest Control for our home too. I had gone through a few pest control companies over the years, but thesis group is by far the best! It has been about 2 years now and everyone we have worked with has been wonderful, Chris has been our regular technician and he is professional, courteous, knowledgeable. I highly recommend this group!
