Description of Work: I asked for a call when cleaners were on their way to house so I could meet them. They called me after they arrived and were sitting in driveway. Their owner uses a GPS system and charges from arrival at home so I paid for about 20 minutes of cleaners sitting in driveway. This home was extremely dirty. Tenant left with grease on walls and dirt and crud everywhere. I walked the house and told cleaners the priority was to clean kitchen and walls to prepare for painters. They did opposite and did kitchen last so I had to pay another service to clean before painters arrived. Will use again for normal routine cleaning. I do not recommend for extra dirty jobs. Very nice people, English speaking but was disappointed they cleaned easier areas instead of what was requested. Also didn't notify me when heading to home which cut into cleaning time.

Description of Work: They were later than they had said, due to longer time at an earlier appointment. I was e-mailed that information initially, but had no service at that time so got the message late. They finally called and gave me the information. I received an extra 1/2 hour of cleaning because of that. What they cleaned they did a great job on. They put more emphasis on something I had said to do if they got cupboards (insides) cleaned out, which they didn't get done.

Description of Work: Master's Touch has been cleaning out house for about six weeks. They are on time, professional and work fast, but efficiently. The crew has done a number of things they were not asked to do. During the last visit they even did some dishes for us without being asked. We are very pleased and very impressed.

This isn't our client. We have no one listed under this name, and also her address showing the city she lives in as Springerville which is about 4 hours away from our office. We don't travel to Northern Arizona cities. Only Mesa and it's surrounding area. Also, when asked if any work had been performed, she answered NO, so this is under investigation by the Angie's List investigation team as it's not ours and invalid.
