We had a 20-foot damaged section along an edge of our roof. Given the roof's age, we determined it made more sense and was time to replace the entire roof rather than fix just one section. This would be a significant project so we researched numerous companies and received many recommendations. Sierra Vista Roofing was suggested to us several times by different contacts. We got bid descriptions for Sierra Vista and two other companies and decided to move forward with Sierra Vista. The work was recently completed and we are pleased with the results. Three areas where Sierra Roofing stood out in particular: 1. Very knowledgeable about their craft. Jose spent time reviewing the various material options and approaches for replacing the roof. Sierra Vista strives to ensure its customers are informed to decide what solution best serves the customerâ s needs. 2. Fair pricing and value - Their quote was very competitive. Sierra Vista was also attentive to the details, like matching the paint and installing new tiles in the same section of the roof to minimize a patchwork pattern. 3. Outstanding communication. These guys are awesome. Bid was lowest of my 3 and used highest quality material. They were available to start very soon but equally willing to do what I wanted - which was to delay 6 weeks to suit my schedule. Just prior to install start they called to see if any questions. On install day we had a rain delay, and I got a proactive call explaining when and how they would start, ensuring that we would not get rain damage. I was also called a couple of times during the project, just to check in. After completion they called again, to make sure we were good. They cleaned up daily, and in the end no mess was left. They were on time and on budget. What else can I say other than they have done at least another 6 homes in our neighborhood and everyone I have talked with agrees. Hire these guys - you won't be sorry.

Crew spoke mostly Spanish. So had to go through our sales rep to communicate. However Jose always answered my calls, and resolved everything to my satisfaction. Very enjoyable and energetic young man dedicated to customer service.

Removed old roof and underlay. Installed new air vents. Started at 7:30 am and were done by 5:00 pm same day.

I was very pleased with the company, the roofing team and the support provided. We required a new roof based the age of the home and Jose came out to give the estimate. He thoroughly explained the options and clearly provided the price which was exactly what I paid. The office staff called multiple times to provide updates as my job was a 5 day install. The roof looks amazing and the facia replaced was painted for us, above and beyond. The on site team cleaned up daily and I greatly appreciated that effort to keep the yard tidy. These guys were great. Wonderful to work with and their quote beat everyone else out there by a mile. Not only was their price lower, but it included extra plywood, painted facia board, and upgraded polymer sheeting to replace the old asphalt sheeting.
