Outstanding experience! John, the sales manager, was a complete gentleman, as was Jose, the foreman. The price was very fair. The guys worked their butts off in conditions of terrible heat. Every time my wife needed to go out with the car for a Dr. appointment or shopping, they cleared off the driveway thoroughly. I thought by Murphy's Law it might never rain again, but it did, and the roof appears to be fully watertight. Strongly recommended.

If you are looking for pros to repair your roof and want someone who will go the extra mile to get your complete satisfaction, then look no further. They did the initial inspection and brought down from the roof pictures to show me. They did the work and took pictures again to show how it was done. When I wanted some adjustments done they came back in few days and did, just to make sure I am happy with the work. I have high expectations that the many future rains that will fall on my roof will not go through anymore, for a long time and will ask them again to take care of my roof when needed. Highly recommended.

They were personable and great at communicating the work to be done with pictures included; then, pictures afterward. They looked at the whole roof originally and found 2 troubles pots and fixed them reasonably as well as the leak area. I will hire them again.

I can't say enough good things about Sierra Vista Roofing. These guys are amazing! Jose came out immediately in our emergency situation and gave us the best price. They had the job completed before several other companies could even get out to give an estimate. The work quality looks to be fantastic and the warranty gives us real peace of mind. We do need more work done and will definitely use Sierra Vista for that, plus we recommend them whole-heartedly.

Sierra Vista is great company to work with. Jorge, the owner, and Jose, the sales/customer service rep were honest, fair and made sure that all if our concerns were met. Juan, Brian and Victor, the installation team, worked extremely hard and professionally. They spent many long, hot days ensuring the job got done on time and right. Unlike many contractors I have worked with, Sierra Vista showed up when they said they would, did what the said they were going to do and stuck with it until the job was done right. Jose and the team were great to work with. The estimate was very fairly priced for the replacement of a few broken tiles and the installation of the ridge cap that had been displaced by the wind storm. They arrived promptly for the scheduled repairs and the work was done very well. They even took pictures so that I could review the repairs from the ground.

Jose's crew was extremely polite and very good. They were here from dawn to dusk to get the job done. I really appreaciated the dump trailer was on wheels so it did not damage my driveway. Looks great. Jose was one of only 2 contractors (got 5 bids) that actually went up on the roof and looked at it. He even took pictures to show me what I already knew (underlayment was 22 years old and crumbling apart). No hidden fees or surprises. Highly recomended I gave them 5 stars cause I could not give them 6.

Customer service at its finest. Jose and the entire crew provided great customer service. Everything they said they would do, they did. We are very happy with the new roof on our 45 year old home!

I did not comparison shop considering I know nothing about tile roofs and just needed a company to do the work. It was all good.

We called Sierra Vista Roofing after seeing all the great reviews and witnessing their work first-hand at a neighborâ s house. Jose was a great rep answering all questions and thoroughly going over details of our job for underlayment replacing, removing and replacing all tiles. He checked in each day. Crew was very friendly and hard-working. Our entire yard was cleaned after each work day. We recommend Sierra Vista Roofing and Jose and crew highly. Extremely happy with the results and price!!

Like the other reviews, I second that the team was very friendly, professional, courteous and efficient. They got the job done quickly and were diligent in cleaning up daily any mess caused by the work done that day. Their pricing was competitive and their attention to customer satisfaction was excellent. They answered any and all my questions promptly and assured me that we would be satisfied with the work done--and they were right!

Jose and the crew were great to work with. Very professional, friendly, and great pricing. We needed quite a few facia boards, plywood and broken tile replaced and it wasn't high priced like other companies were quoting. The job took 4 days as expected. I would definitely recommend Sierra Vista Roofing!

I recently hired Sierra Vista Roofing to complete a full roof job and a new surfacing of a 2nd floor patio deck. I received nothing but excellent professionalism from every member of their company. They were priced fairly, with the longest / most extensive warranty of any of the bids I received. Plus they were very flexible in the timing of their work to make those jobs fit nicely with other related work being done in a larger renovation. I would certainly recommend this outfit!

Jose and his team were amazing. They completed this 4000sf 2 story home with tiles roof (3levels) in 3 days knowing also that rain is to come tonite. Then, at the end, their lead reviewed all the work thoroughly. Meanwhile the team cleaned the pool even of the leaves that had been blowing in! All nail, debris were cleaned up. They explained and answered any questions. We wanted 2 layers of TU43 after much research and wanted bird stop installed. We had over 6 companies give estimates and I had so many companies tell me various stories of which was best and what was needed. Do your homework, look at the underlayment info from the actual companies. Then, compare prices, and reviews. They are ROC, etc. We had a leak so the work was urgent. They replaced all flashings, etc.; Some companies did not include that! I am proud that all our work chose the right company.
