This company was terrific. Progressive on New Years Day evening sent me text stating I had 20 days to replace my roof or they were canceling my already PAID policy. The owners understood my emergency as I am a senior in my late 70â s. They came in two days later, just finished today, had 9 men on my roof who worked 10 hours straight, then finished the next day. Roof looks great as it has two peaks and is around 2,100 sq ft. Canâ t thank Sierra Vista enough.

I am happy with the roof, however, follow-up from the Lead roofer is absent and my solar panels never got placed back on the roof. I had to enlist a separate solar company to complete. Not pleased with this on Jan 10th as the job was completed on Dec 20th.

Great experience from the first call to the finish. Responed promptly to initial request for a bid. Showed up when scheduled. Explained everything and provided photos. Bid was very reasonable and everything was laid out and explained. Job was started when scheduled and finished as close to estimated time as possible considering yhe weather and repairs that were needed. They painted everything that needed to be and cleaned up. I would definitely o biding with them again.

Sierra Vista is a very reliable, quality of services, completed on promises. They had completed reroof my house in 4 days. regularly having a person go around and clean the area while they all working on your roof. Very professional and knowledgeable company. I would recommend this company without any hesitation.

This company is awesome! I did my homework on the internet about the tile roof replacement process and costs. I got 5 different estimates to replace my roof. Sierra Vista was the first estimate. I was impressed with them every step of the way. The salesperson was honest, answered all my questions, and did not talk down to me. They accurately estimated when they’d be able to do the work. Their price was competitive. The crew was hard-working and thorough and it was easy to see they liked working together. Showed up 8 hrs late, skipped the main part of the job and I realized it while monitoring them based on work details needed, they played dumb and did not seem to know what I was talking about, finally finished repair job right before dark...

I was referred by friends who were impressed with the work Sierra Vista Roofing did on their roof. I thought I was going to need an entire new roof. Jose came out and inspected and it turned out that he and his crew only needed to make some repairs. The work was completed a week later. Jose provided pictures of the finished job and it looks great. I highly recommend Sierra Vista Roofing and will definitely contact them if I have leaks in another part of the roof or need a new roof in the future.

Jose was our point man on this project. He listened to all of our needs, made adjustments where needed and kept us up to date throughout the whole process. If there were any questions, he is quick to respond and provide answers. They provided pictures of the job (at request) of the work before, during and finished product. We have already recommended them to our friends and family.

They saved me as my roof leaking from heavy monsoon rains mid August Phx. They came faster than could get anyone to come to shingle track where AC on house is to stop leaks into house. They demo and replaced whole track. Did really good job and worked hard like 10 hrs! Would definitely call them again. Honest and timely. Jose a very good rep for them! Very happy with the job they did. These guys work hard and do a good job !

John came out and completed a thorough inspection of tile damage on roof. Even covered "exposed" area with a tarp at no charge. Took pictures up there and showed me everything. Sent reasonable estimate in less than 24 hours. Other company I called for estimate didn't even go up on roof! Appt was scheduled for a Saturday and Jorge, the owner, had the job done in 30 mins. Entire process took less that one week. Very impressed and will definitely recommend them.
