Fantastic job restoring and painting my deck!

George and his team were great, very professional and communicated everything very well.

I had several quotes recently because the flat part of my roof in the back of my house was leaking terribly during this years rainy season. We really needed to get the work done on our roof immediately. The roof was only 5 and half years old and just out of warranty but the roofer who did the work 5 and half years ago refused to come and fix it. It really left me stressed and very distrusting of roofers. I chose George Parks roofing because George was always there for me. He answered my calls immediately and answered any questions I had concerning the work that needed to be done, and he put my mind at ease. I could always rely on him. His crew came to install my roof very quickly and they did excellent work. He was there to make sure the work was done correctly, too. I also needed a new skylight installed on that part of the roof. I was having a hard time finding one that fit the required measurements. George went out of his way to get one for us and even traveled quite a distance to get it for us on a very rainy day,too. I thank my lucky stars for George. He was great to work with. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and recommend him too! He worked well with the city of Beverly Hills to promptly obtain permits and schedule inspections. Installers were polite and nice. They made sure to let us know they were starting and when they were finished for the day. They kept the work area neat and cleaned up well after.

George and his installers were very prompt and courteous. Although I will not get up on a ladder higher than 2 feet, George took before and after pictures for me and all looked clean and very satisfactory. His installers were also very careful to not impose on my neighbor's adjoining driveway and left it very clean. I was impressed.

George Parks Roofing & Painting did a superb job of painting the exterior of our house, along with installing new rain gutters. They and their wonderful craftsmen were extremely responsive to all of our requests. George and Danny provided valuable input to help us navigate through the various choices we had to make. Their foreman Jose was a pleasure to work with. The best!

They were fast and neat. It is a little soon to tell, but no leaks yet.

George gets the job done, quickly and efficiently. All was discussed and explained up front, including possible extra charge if more than three layers of roof needed to be removed. Other roofers suggested we, not they, cut back bamboo near roof, re-adjust cable wires, even get someone to chase away bees that were buzzing nearby. George and his crew took care of all that, took care of all of Santa Monica's strict building inspections and approvals. And did everything including the re-roofing in just a few days. I'd use the company again.
