From start to finish it was a smooth process. Jim and his crew were friendly, professional and extremely helpful in navigating all the options. Everything was on schedule and turned out beautifully. We had a three phase remodel going and the cabinets were last. They were very understanding and patient as we dealt with timing issues and last minute budget restrictions. Even when our budget changed, Jim worked with us to find something we would love, with the wood we really wanted, but not go over budget. This was huge to us. He understood and took the time to go over options again. Highly recommend Regal Bath and Kitchen!

This company is extremely reliable and the quote given to you is the price you pay. They do not nickel and dime you with change orders for any small changes you may have. You as the customer are their number one goal from start to finish. They will give you the benefit of their experience every step of the way. It is very refreshing to find an honest to goodness company in this day and age. We will not hesitate in contacting them again for any future needs and would highly recommend them!

We enjoyed Regal Bath & Kitchen, and would hire the again to do our home remodel. We had initially requested a quote from a different company, but we didn't even pay attention to the other company after meeting Rich. I was impressed with Regal Bath's professionalism and trusted them to do the work on our house. What struck me about Rich was that he was a good listener, and was great about repeating back to us what he thought he heard. We saved a lot of time and our communication was good throughout the project. He also uses text messaging effectively, and that was the best way to get hold of us and keep us on schedule. We visited his appointment-only showroom and were able to quickly pick out some tile samples that we thought were a fit, and figure out a design for the bathrooms. They used outstanding folks who did our tile and designed our bathrooms, and what I liked is that they drew an exact version of what the bathroom would look like, how the tile would flow and we talked about it. Then, we changed it and adjusted it over time to take account of small unexpected events that occurred (location of plumbing was different after they tore the walls down to re-plumb the bathroom). What was really crucial was that Patrick, the tile installer, and Rich, the manager, were incredibly creative, and they both suggested designs for the bathrooms that my husband and I had not even thought about. We were so grateful for their experience, and also, loved the designs they came up with. Also, we adjusted the designs as needed over time with good communication. I felt as if they were listening to us. The work done was: Guest Bathroom --Tile shower/bathroom combo --Install new bathtub Master Bathroom --Remove shower and tub --Retile the shower space and create one long shower space with glass Kitchen: --New LED overhead and undercabinet lighting --Granite --Backsplash --Modified our kitchen island to be a bar/kitchen island by raising the height of part of the kitchen island --Repainted everything as needed

The remodel went amazingly great! From our first initial computerized kitchen design (which Jim got over to us within 48hrs) we were ecstatic about working with Regal. Jim's customer service and prompt follow up were a few of the reasons why we chose Regal over other companies. The install team (Jesus & Steve) are among the top installers. They are professional, punctual, courteous and detail oriented. We highly recommend Regal for any Kitchen remodel job you may have in the works.

Fantastic. Jim Gildea who is part owner explained everything and gave us a total price up front for the complete gutting of the kitchen and rebuild. No nickel and dime add ons as they went. What he quoted up front is what I paid. Did an excellent job. Workers were personable, on time and proficient. They have a beautiful showroom to look at and from which to get ideas. Would definitely hire again.

Regal bath and kitchens was great to work with. Rich quickly responded to my initial inquiry and came to the house to get an idea, he walked me through all the options available and within a couple days provided an estimate with the base cost as well as pricing out all the options discussed, which was very helpful. They have a large showroom with tons of choices, Jim worked with me to select everything and was a ton of help for someone design challenged such as myself. We scheduled to start a few weeks later, and they actually called saying they could get started a week early. Eric was an amazing craftsman who did excellent work. He kept the house clean, was polite, and asked just the right questions to get exactly what I imagined. A project that got done ahead of schedule, under my budget, and looks great. Would absolutely recommend Regal Bath and Kitchen.

The job that Regal did was everything we Could have hoped for. I contacted Jim Thru Angie’s List and he returned the call The next day. We made an appointment for Him to come out and see what we had. Within a day or two he sent a proposal Which was within the budget we had. After going out to their showroom, And seeing the quality of work that it Appeared that they did,we decided to Go with Regal. We had talked with four Or five other companies so we felt Very comfortable with our decision. All the employees were easy and Considerate to work with and punctual. From Jeramy who did beautiful tile work Among many other skills to Chris who Spent the good portion of a day doing The plumbing. Mike came out early in the Project to make the decision to do extra Work on the bathroom that needed to be Done, at no extra cost to us. Steve came The last day to help take care of all the little End details that are so time consuming. Larry and Gin Olsen of Larry Olsen Painting did a beautiful job incorporating Three different colors—one being a deep Navy/ cobalt blue which can be tricky In such a small area. We were extremely happy with the Job they all did and in the approximately Three week period Jim said it would take. The whole company made remodeling As pleasant an experience as I think it Can be. I had waited 25 years to have it Done and have already recommended Regal to several people.

Jim and his crew did a great job. Any issues that came up were resolved quickly and professionally. The job was finished on time and it looks awesome.

Jim, the owner is very flexible and also knowledgable. He will go out of his way to make sure your selections and choices are what yiu're looking for.

We did some homework and received quotes from a few other contractors, but found Jim to be completely understanding of the work that we wanted to have done and easy to work with. We lived in the house while the construction was in process and had the projects done back to back to back to minimize the disruption to our daily life. I think that we had every Regal employee at our house during the course of the projects and found all of them to be very professional and reliable. All of our questions and concerns during construction were answered quickly and completely. Follow up after the job completion has been very good.

Everyone says remodeling is a pain - NOT SO - with Regal Bath and Kitchens! Jim and his team are an absolute joy to work with. They are professional, punctual and left the job site clean at the end of the day. Our finished product is beautiful - the cabinets are very well made and we are extremely happy. Attention to detail is paramount and we are very pleased they take pride in their craftsmanship. We've already contracted with them again to build a large linen closet in our master bath to match the new vanity. Repeat business is the best endorsement!!

Overall for a fist time experience we got lucky. These guys worked all day five days a week for 2months for the most part. Rich one of the owners is very professional and knowledgeable. They we clean and courteous. After 5 months after completion im still admiring the quality work.

Regal Bath & Kitchens did an excellent job remodeling all 3 bathrooms in our home! Rich did a great job of communicating all aspects of the job at hand. We are thrilled with the "new look". The job went excellent from start to finish. Everyday clean-up was amazing and final follow-up was excellent. Rich is very professional and personable and listened to our wants and made very good suggestions relating to the overall look we were wanting to achieve. We are planning on more work in the near future and will be using Regal Bath and Kitchens for this work.

I vetted several contractors for our full home renovation. I was disappointed with the caliber of contractors I met, despite using angie's list "A" ratings. One of my co-workers referred Jim to me and after carefully working through our renovation plan and budget, we decided to move forward with him. I was impressed with his personable engagement, knowledge on the work I was asking his team to do, and honesty when we encountered any issues. We had several complex requests, which included moving plumbing and creating a casita for my mother. He addressed all the permitting and engineering designs as part of the experience. Jim was always responsive to me throughout the project and afterwards, if I had any questions. I would trust him with another renovation, without question.

The whole process was seamless! Exceed the estimate completion date a little...got a rough start due to windows not arriving when promised. Rich (owner) has been very responsive from the beginning & it's continued through today as the few minor touch-ups are done. The workers were wonderful, Jeremy, Chris & Mike exceeded our expectations, they are professional, courteous & on time! We LOVE our new master bathroom!

From the bid through the end of the project, we were very happy we chose Rich and his crew at Regal Bath and Kitchens to do our master bath remodel. We had worked with a designer on our plans, and had received a couple of other bids, but were very impressed with Rich and he came highly recommended by an acquaintance who had used his company. Jesus (our main worker) and Eric were prompt, clean, courteous and very professional. They asked whenever they had a question about how we wanted something done, and we are SO happy with the outcome. There were a few details that had to be corrected (this was the first heated floor Jesus had put in, so there was some initial confusion that was corrected, and the shower handle assembly had to be adjusted when we found out only hot water was coming out)- but everything was quickly addressed once we saw the problems. The timeline was exactly as expected, and there was a minimum of stress on our part, so I would definitely recommend Regal to anyone looking to remodel. We had some very specific requests in terms of grout type, heated floor system, solid brass Schluter edging for tile, etc.,- none of it was a problem, and we feel the price we paid was very fair for the amount of work done. A few bumps along the way, but all in all, very well.

Regal Bath and Kitchens recently finished some remodeling work in our manufactured home in Sun Lakes. Updates in the kitchen included refacing all the cabinets, installing a new tile backsplash, and installing a new faucet. Cabinets in the family room were also refaced at the same time as the kitchen cabinets. We also had them install all new interior doors to replace the old original slab doors that had been painted over some years back. This is the second time we have used Regal, and like the first time, we are delighted with the results. For the kitchen, we went with white Shaker doors with modern brushed nickel handles, and all the clunky old drawers were replaced with new soft close drawer boxes. The interior doors were replaced with 6-panel Masonite doors with modern brushed nickel privacy handles. The transformation is amazing and the quality of work outstanding. The interior door installation was a challenge since nothing seemed to be perfectly square. Lots of patience and craftsmanship went into the installation, with excellent results. The fit of the cabinet doors and drawers is top notch, and the backsplash looks amazing as well. We highly recommend Regal Bath and Kitchens for your remodeling needs. They are a well run company, very responsive, friendly, and do high quality work!
