Pro Pave Inc of Mesa was 100% on every level. Contact and communication, start date, work promised, finish date, and they came back to clean up some spots after our entire road was chip sealed. Beyond, Leonard was easy to work with the fact that 8 neighbors paid for the private road as a group. The absolute best contractor I've ever worked with. The good ole days of honest, hard work and hand shakes that mean something.!

Price quoted was the price I paid. Brand new driveway over grass. Leonard did some of the work himself. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely recommend Pro Pave. Cleaned up as if they were never there.

Leonard stated they would start the project on Thursday and complete by Friday. Leonard did exactly what he said he was going to do when he said he was going to do it. His team did exceptional work with care and very detailed. Leonard was monitoring the project the entire time. We are extremely pleased and highly recommend his services!

Have wanted to chip seal our very long driveway in cave Creek but couldnâ t find anyone who did it. Saw Leonard and his crew doing a business parking lot in town and asked if he did residential work. Not only does he do this he even knows everything about polymerized chip seal which is the good stuff. Gave us a quote on the spot. Showed up on time with a very professional crew. Turned our old cracked asphalt into a beautiful stone covered driveway in a day. Our homeowners association put down polymer chip 15 years ago that is still in use today. I think anyone considering asphalt should explore the advantages of chip for lasting beauty with little maintenance.

Met with the owner Leonard twice to go over the project. We have a long driveway that goes between 7th and 8th ave. Leonard came up with a plan and a cost that was acceptable Said he would be here the next day and on time he and his crew showed up. Leonard even jumps in and helps the crew all the time making sure the project went as we discussed. He finished the first part by late afternoon and said he would return the next day to complete it. Again as promised he showed up on time went right to work and completed the project. I had a small issue due to the rain that passed thru about 3 days later. I called him and he said no problem I'll stop and take care of it. It wasn't his fault but he said don't worry we're good. You want chip seal, call Leonard, he's the best out there and true to his word.

Work was spot on! Took the time to explain the process. Worked with multiple home owners at the same time to answer any questions or concerns about what would be done. Very professional before duri g and after the job was started and completed. Leonard was a great guy and even offered to have him for dinner. Gave references and showed work that was done and on going to see the process. DEFINITELY! would recommend to anyone needing to have chip seal installed A+++ in my book.

Pro Pave - Leonard Jeffery - Is a man of his word.- Pro Pave did a Chip Seal Project for our community road and did a RV Driveway for me. He met with all our HOA group and explained the process. He does quality work and stands by his work. He said we would com back in 30 days and make repairs if needed. The road looks awesome. His crew is very respectful and hard working. Excellent service all around.

ProPave did an excellent job of chip sealing our driveway and road. We were very impressed by the owner. Everything he said he was going to do, he did. Weâ re always skeptical of contractors saying one thing and only doing half the things they promised to do. ProPave showed up when they said they were going to and completed the job in the time they promised. Even when they ran into problems, they worked late to finish on time. And most importantly, the quality of their work was excellent. We had a dirt road that they put 3 inches of chip seal on it. It looks great now and is holding up well. They also tidied up the work area after each day. Iâ d highly recommend them to all my neighbors.

Mr Leonard is a wonderful guy and a hard working boss. He was right there with his crew of 2 to 3 other men. He explained chip seal to me in its entirety, what it entailed and how much it would cost. He bid me a very fair price and was able to knock the job out in 2 days. He did the job 3 days after he came to see what I needed. We were fortunate he had a small opening and was true to his word of showing up on time and doing a great meticulous job. He is also very personable and funny. He and his men are hard working and professional. After his stellar work on my very long drive way I would love for him to come back and do the rest of my front yard as soon as I can have him back, once the rest of the house is completed

They did our parking lot. The owner was onsite for most of the work, and kept us updated. I had to call them back to tweak a few issues. The owner came out right away and had them fixed before the end of the day.
