Tech was personable and professional. The only thing I would say to PlumbSmart is, supply booties to your people so they don't walk around with dirty shoes. Other than that, I would highly recommend them.

PlumbSmart seems to be a very good company. When the plumber scheduled for the repairs called in sick the day of the scheduled project, PlumbSmart immediately assigned another plumber to do my work and it was done "on time." The plumber was very nice, did an excellent job, and was very fast! The only problem I have with PlumbSmart is that they charge too much for their services. I think that they need to lower their prices so more people could use their excellent services. An hour-and-a half cost me $400!! The nice aspect of the service call was that the plumber fixed the hose to my dryer vent and did an excellent job!! My dryer is vented properly for the first time since I bought it six years ago (it was not vented properly by the serviceman who delivered the dryer. I thought this was very kind of the plumber. This kindness is added into the total time it took to complete the job.

Gary made logic of my possible choices for clogged sewer main drain (outside) and then performed superior work based on my choice. Late arrival (1.5 hours) was the only issue. He did compensate for his late arrival. I was billed fairly.

Both of the plumbers that fixed my outside faucets. We're professional and friendly. Got the job done faster than I expected.Checked everything. There was a call back from office to make sure all was good. Good experience!
