Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Very professional, the technician explained every very well. He was also a certified plumber which made us feel better, the other bid was experienced but not a certified plumber. Everything was great the water heater is made in the USA by RUUD it is a commercial grade unit and the price was what I would consider average for a high quality water heater installed by a certified plumber.

Drilled out a stuck hose coupling and replaced a hot water bypass valve and sensor. Price is very reasonable considering what some of the TV advertised plumbing companies would charge.

I was happy with the immediate service, but I would have preferred that I had been asked what color of water heater I wanted, rather than just install a dark gray one, when it is in the laundry room with white appliances. It was totally installed before I saw it. I didn t complain at that time...too late.

Got a quick response to my HA request from Nick in the office, and had same day service scheduled. John R. came out and did the work for my parents, dealt with me remotely, and went above and beyond taking care of an extra that we did not expect for a reasonable price. Their pricing was fair to begin with, so I am very satisfied. Will be making the call to them first for any of my future needs. 5 stars is not enough, thanks PlumbSmart.

Drain Line Breakage - Camera Locate
I should have used some drain cleaner. After running the camera into the drain, the plumber put drain cleaner into the drain to clear it. The service person was exceptional and got it cleared, so I am happy.

First experience with Plumb Smart I found them very responisve to my needs and set a quick appointment time. Repairmen was polite and dressed nice with company shirt and logo. The repair was completed in no time. I made a comment to which the repairman said "I have all the right tools". The price was high, I hope that I paid fair market price, not sure how to know that but I was very satisfied with the work that was done. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family members.

Plumbsmart just finished installing a new air conditioner. I am very happy with the work that was done and the cleaning up after the work wa complete. They were here on time. They sent a text with a picture so I knew who was coming. The workers were very friendly and very efficient. I am not sure if they even stopped to eat. Very happy with the service.
