This is the second time I have used them. The first guy who was supposed to remove the roof didn't do it all. The guys who were to put the foam on the roof the next day couldn't start since part of the roof was still there. The next morning the roof was removed and the roof was repaired. But it still only took 2 days to complete the job. There was a slight problem with the color of the roof, they came back and repainted it.

First off I'm a bit of Do It Yourself'er but I don't have time to do the work myself, but I'm well versed in the engineering, building, and manufacturing products.
I wanted to find someone that I could trust and that I thought was giving me a good deal, especially in this economy and market.
I really like professionalism of the owner. After having some issues with an estimator, the owner made it a point to not only contact me but to come out and clarify the issue. I decided to do the work myself but would have gladly given the work to this company. Now I've got people in my neighborhood wanting to do the same thing, and I'm sure we'll find Overson some work here in this community.
Moral of this story is that the estimators are not necessarily a voice of the company, and I'd gladly refer and use them in the future.

This company can be relied upon to give excellent work and dependable service. We have a complicated roof: odd angles, part shingle, part foam. They were able to fix previous problems areas that had "pooling". They returned to check their work and re-did some small areas of concern. They worked until we were completely satisfied with the results.
