"We are very disappointed that first, you did not contact us at all because we could have worked with you to make sure you were happy. You scoured over our reviews we've gotten over the years before selecting us, and saw that being fast is very important to people and what they value. The reason being, most workers nowadays don't display strong work ethic and passion about the job they do so they stretch out their time as they drag through the day because they really don't want to be there or care. We employ the work ethic from times past that help make this country great when people worked hard and fast because of their integrity of getting the job done right. So, what you saw was someone who actually worked as most people should - and used to many years ago. Because people don't see it very often anymore, they don't recognize what proper ethic is. The rooms in the house were on the smaller side, the house was empty so there wasn't any furniture, area rugs, pets, etc., to navigate around and also that you vacuumed the house ahead of time. Now, you mentioned having to hire someone else to come out. We are a certified company so the products we used are strictly regulated by the carpet manufacturers and very expensive and of the highest quality, so there isn't anything better manufactured out there that anyone could possibly bring than what we used. You watched us carefully prespray all the rooms so the product could get to work on the dirt, grime and bacteria before we even started the cleaning process. You saw as we used the double stroke method in cleaning (so it goes over the area twice). Not many companies use this method because it is more difficult but the results are so much better. We did everything we were supposed to, correctly, professionally and with your supervision. So, in the future, the proper procedure for members is to give the provider the courtesy of knowing if there is a problem so the Provider can take any necessary steps to make sure you are happy, and we would have loved to have gotten that opportunity."
