We also use soft water so no hard water minerals are circulated through your carpet, which can void some manufacturers warranties. Our promise: No upselling in your home. A lot of companies hire salespeople to clean carpet. We are professional cleaners that clean, not salespeople trying to sell you more. Noah's is also one of the very few in Arizona Triple Certified in Grout Color Stain Sealing for that new install look at a fraction of the price of replacing tile. "Thanks [Member Name Removed] for the fabulous review! Yes, carpet that is worn like in your case, does not bounce back in traffic patterns even after cleaning. Traffic patterns are like a tshirt. If you rub the tshirt together in one spot over and over again, that material will look worn and stay that way. Same with carpet. The fibers get crushed, worn out, flatten, etc. however, cleaning your carpet is always a good thing! We not only remove hair, dirt and grime, but we disinfect, so we are removing germs and bacteria for a healthy home!"

"Thank you for the great review!! Yes, the homeowner decides ahead of time which cleaning they would prefer. You indicated you only wanted the basic cleaning, disinfecting, extraction and rinse which is the lower priced Storefront package right on our profile. The one you call Full Service, is actually the other Storefront package for purchase on our profile that is a higher cost because we not only clean, but color stain seal the floors. We have to know many days in advance if a homeowner is selecting the higher priced clean AND seal package (the one you call full service) because we have to come out to measure the floors, leave you with a color stain brochure, then, once you pick the color of stain to match what your builder put in, we have to order from the manufacturer and need time to drive to another county to purchase and pick up at the factory. It's not anything we can do that moment while we're in a client's home already doing the basic tile and grout cleaning. That's the only reason why we weren't able to color stain seal it for you while we were there and you decided you wanted us to do the more expensive package. There's so much we have to do ahead of time with the manufacturer, and getting a color choice from you. We can most definitely send you the grout color stain chart for you to select now and then set up a time for us to come out again to seal the floors. The basic tile cleaning takes a fraction of the time the color seal does, so we will need to block out more hours in your home also. Thank you so much, and we look forward to sealing your floors. It will make it look like a new installation and stay that way for many years to come with proper care."
