Perfect, no surprises.  We had over the amount of square footage offered in the Big Deal, but since we booked early, we had a discount on the additional square footage as well.

Excellent.  Everything was A+ from first conversation until the job was done.

He was very good and I liked him. He said 5% of the time he cannot get the stone to where he wants it to be. In our case we have black granite in the shower and he just felt like he couldn't do the correct job based on the perimeters of that offer. He said that we should ask for a refund. We would have him come back and see if he could do some other treatments so that it works.  He really tried and he was neat and professional.  I would use him again. He was just so polite and considerate but it was just not working for the type of granite we had. He offered a different solution. It had some kind of oil in it which he just couldn't get out.  He did the best he could but he felt he didn't accomplish the goal. 

Mr. Brian, from Noah's Restoration Services LLC, was friendly and diligent.  He did a very detailed job.  The tile and the grout came out like new and the carpet looked very fresh.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon for this service.  It was very easy to set up an appointment that was convenient to me.  He was very prompt and walked me through what he was going to do and why.  He quickly did all of the pressure cleaning and sealing and was out about the time they had estimated.  He was very courteous and professional and made sure I knew what I needed to do for follow up.  Overall, a very good experience.

Went very well.  He arrived on time and went right to work.  He explained each step as he went through on the tiles.  When he was finished the place looked great.  He also told me about products to use on the tiles between professional cleaning.  

On time, explained everything to me,  quality work and quality equipment.  cleaned up after he was finished.  would highly recommend him to anyone.

We contacted Noah's Restoration Services on short notice and they were able to accomodate our tight schedule. Despite the fact that a promotion on Angie's list had expired they offered us to do the work almost for the same conditions which we found very acceptable. We vacuumed the carpets before they came out and Bryan then cleaned all the carpets in 6 rooms which took around 2h. He explained in detail the work he was performing, spraying a cleaning solution systematically on the entire carpet surface and then steam cleaning and vacuuming them. As agreed he added a surface protection to the steaming solution, we will see over time how that is working out.
The carpets turned out very nice overall, except for one 'mystery stain' which Bryan had treated and which had completely disappeared during the cleaning process...but reemerged during the drying process. We subsequently contacted Bryan, doing so via his web page seems to work best as he did not see our related e-mail. He immediately offered to come back and do a deep soaking & cleaning of the spot for an additional fee of $50 and we will take up his offer when time permits.

I responded to an Angie's Deal. The deal was for three rooms. Noah's contacted me quickly, where we set up the appointment. They arrived promptly, examined the rooms. I asked about the price for a fourth room, and they extended the same discount for the additional room.  They then explained their process, assisted in moving a plastic chair mat that was pinned down by a desk, then applied the pre-spray and steam to clean the carpeting in four rooms.  Finalized with a deodorizing spritz, instructions on how long it would take for the carpets to dry and explained about the shrinkage (that is, the carpets looked stretched from the moisture and heat, but shrank back to their normal appearance as they dried.)

They left flyers with recommendations for the best ways to care for carpets.

They did a great job, and I was very satisfied with their service.

Bryan was friendly, professional and very knowledgeable when explaining the carpet cleaning process to me. He did an excellent
job and the carpets came out beautiful! Will use Noah's restoration services in the future.

Bryan, the owner, arrived on time and cleaned carpets in a quick, clean and efficient manner. He then went outside and washed windows and screens. Job well-done, as always.

Bryan arrived on time and proceeded to explain how he was to perform the work.  I have very large windows and was afraid to tackle them myself.  It was apparent that newspaper and vinegar would not get THIS  job done!.  In no time at all and without interruption, Bryan completed the job and left my windows sparkling.
