National First Response's customer service and workmanship was amazing. I had damage to my roof due to a storm. They came out within 2 hours of me calling. They tarped my roof to protect it from any further damage. I filed a claim with my insurance and they pretty much took it from there. It was by far the easiest and most stress free transaction that I have ever had with any contractor and/or insurance claim. The whole roof ended up needing to be replaced due to the amount of damage. Once the claim was settled all I had to pay was my deductible and entire roof replaced within 2 weeks. Which I thought was really fast considering it is a single level 6300sqft home with a lot of ridges ( a ton of tile!!!) The finished product was absolutley perfect. I couldn't be happier. I have already referred multiple people to them and will continue to refer them to any one I know. I have dealt with my fair share of contractors over the years and they are definitely at the top of my "Good Ones List"!
