MIKE'S COLLISION

The internet is so full of negativity and garbage comments that I personally never really depend on reviews for the business I am going to patronize and so I hope this review reaches the people "just like myself" out there for Mike's Collision. It is not very often when you find "sound business principles" actually in place and working! The old saying goes "A business employee's attitude trickles from the top down to the bottom of the organization" whether negative or positive. My experience from the first phone call to picking up my vehicle after repairs were completed was nothing but absolutely refreshing and professional, not to mention the phenomenal job made to my vehicle for collision repairs. This company is not only a well oiled machine; timely and communicative, but really knows how to treat a customer right! I definitely would recommend this business to anyone on the street, a work acquaintance or a close friend...at any given time. Thank you for renewing my faith that American business is proud and strong.

Mike's shop does great work.  Even better than that, really.  Over the years, he's repaired everything from a minor ding to an SUV tailgate that I closed a garage door on, to a total repaint of sports car, to extensive body and paint work from collision damage.  Every time, the result is flawless.  Even a trained eye can't tell there was ever damage. 
As a bonus, Mike knows how to work with insurance companies so you get the repair you need.  I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else.

Mike's went over and above in repairing my vehicle. In addition when I had trouble getting payment from my insurance carrier mike was instrumental in getting them to reverse their decision. I wouldn't hesitate to take my car back there for future repairs and I highly recommend them to others. Very honest and trustworthy.

Mike provided a fairly accurate estimate, timeline, and so forth. Everything was done as he said. Some additional problems were found that couldn't be found without taking the car apart and Mike worked with us on the costs for that. He kept his schedule. Honesty, timeliness, and reasonable price are what ultimately comes to mind. Oh, and he returned the car cleaner than when we brought it.

was hit on a Friday and was able to get the estimate that day. The part was inky Monday,it was painted and relaxed within the time promised. Great service,professional staff. Would use them again.

Mike's shop is great! The work they did is flawless, they are nice folks and they are reasonably priced. Sure, $8,500 is a lot of money. But, you get what you pay for, and then some in this case. My car needed the nose, hood and side sills repainted due to stone chips in the factory paint and I decided to have the car completely repainted so it would look showroom new again. A complete respray is no simple task and if it isn't done right it will look like an obvious repaint. The job looks so good that I cannot tell it was repainted (except it looks showroom new again). I am quite a sports car enthusiast with a very critical eye for detail and if there were flaws I would have noticed them. I've been looking for a great shop to do paint and body work on my cars since I moved to Phoenix a few years back. I used two other shops over the last few years but wasn't completely happy. The other shops did good work, but not great work. I found Mike's Collision on the recommendation of fellow Viper owners and it is now the only place I'll go for routine paint work on my cars or for repairs if I'm ever in an accident. Mike also does fabulous frame and body work. While my car was in the shop, I stopped by several times and saw his work on cars and trucks which were heavily damaged in accidents. Seeing what Mike can do to make badly mangled cars and trucks right again, so they not only look good, but are repaired properly beneath what we can see once all the new body panel are put on and painted, gives me great confidence if I ever need accident repairs to one of my cars. Mike works on everything from high end cars like Vipers, BMWs and Mercedes that owners bring in because they just want their cars to look new again to more mainstream cars and trucks that were damaged in accidents. If you want it done right, go see Mike; whether you want your expensive German machine to look new again, whether your Chevy or Ford was just in an accident, or whether you are somewhere in-between. I sound like I'm Mike's brother or something. I'm not. I didn't know Mike before he worked on my car and I'm so completely satisfied with the way my car turned out that I want to let people know there is a shop out there who can do the job. There are so many shops turning out mediocre or bad work, it doesn't make sense to go anywhere else.
