They are professional both on the phone and in home. I called the other 2 services to compare them to Maid Right since I have never tried a cleaning service before but no one answered their phone which was a red flag to me. I have only had Maid Right clean for me one time but have agreed to try them bi-weekly as they did a very good job and the price is right.
