Description of Work: There was a slip up by new employee during cleaning process that resulted in damage to the ignition element and it's subsequent non-operation. (Thus the "B" for quality) But the company responded very promptly and professionally and sent a more experienced service tech who quickly rectified the situation. Felt bad for the less experienced tech; he and everyone else were extremely polite, apologetic, and as stated, very professional and responsive. Would use this company again if needed, and recommend them particularly for their customer service.

Description of Work: The technician was on time and knowledgeable. However, my fireplace configuration did not permit the work requested. I thought a partial refund was warranted (something like the original price minus the cost of getting to my home) but none was offered. Also, I think the company should alert customers considering their services of a refund/pro-rated policy if they can't work on a fireplace due to structural issues.

We tried to make the trip worth your while by offering to tune up your AC unit, but unfortunately you had that performed by another company a few months prior. Please understand that when you purchase a "Big Deal" through Angie's List, companies like ours are offering that service at a deeply discounted rate which then the company only receives a portion of. These deals are a loss leader meant to introduce companies like ours to Angie's List Members. The portion of revenue we receive covers our cost to get to your home and the technicians time - which is why we offered another service. Yours was a unique situation which we have not run into before when running this deal with Angie's List. We apologize things didn't work at as you or we would've liked them too. Description of Work: I am under a service contract with this company.They have 3 different plans which includes 2 times a year to come and check the units.They spend between a half hour to a full hour at my home per unit as they check everything not just put the gauges on or just check the freon like some of the AC companies in the valley.This company services your equipment the same way that a good mechanic would service your car.

I have one concern, when we first hired them to put our new & more efficient air conditioner up,the gentlemen we spoke to talk us into getting another duct in the family room (which made sense at the time).
