They charged me additional fees that I was not aware of and when, 2 weeks later, I called them twice to say there were still mice in the walls they did not return my call. When I finally got a hold of someone she said she would let someone know. When I asked if they would be returning my call today she said "I don't have any control over that, but I'll let them know you're still having problems." When I said "Well, SOMEONE will call me back today?" She again, said she didn't know. Terrible customer service and obviously ineffective rodent control! Very upset!

They responded quickly and came during the time slot they said they would. So far, I think the gopher is gone.

the technician that was sent out did not do everything that was promised,as well as trying to get my daughter to go out with him, and try to charge us extra for things i was told were included in the price.

I was very satisfied with the qualilty of service and the way the expert was willing to answer all of our questions both prior and during the visit. The only thing i wasn't as happy with is that beforehand when speaking with admin I was told the whole house would be treated and all of my stuff in it would need to be bagged. As it turned out, only our bedroom needed to be bagged up (and laundered of course) and only our bedroom was treated. The list for preparation wasn't as specific as I would've liked for how to prepare my home. Other than that I'm very happy!

My property was overrun with several species of ants, and I had some inside the house as well. One visit from Rhodri, and the ants were gone. I will call him again in the spring/summer to keep them on the run. This was my first experience with an exterminator, and it was a good one.

I called around 9. Mark was at my home by around 11 with an estimate. Chris was at my home by 12:30 doing the job. When you have roof rats you want speed and we got speed. One week later, three rats gone, and no sign of any more. I would call us happy.

Customer service was great & I'm confident that my "little visitors" will soon be gone.

My problem turned out to be carpet beetles and not rodents. They came out the next day and performed the work the following day. They were very professional and thorough. I never felt pressured to have extra services done as has happened to me before.

Luke was very knowledgable and spent time talking to me to find out what my exterminator needs were prior to treating my residence. He was very thorough, took his time and spent a great deal of time making sure all my areas of concern were treated. Luke spent more time treating my house and property than any other exterminator ever has before! After he finished the job, he sat down and explained to me what he did and why. Luke was awesome, and its apparent that he enjoys and takes his job very seriously!
