Let me start by saying, I wish I could give more than 5 stars for this company! This was my second time using Gilbert Moving and I will never use another company again! This company is HANDS DOWN the best moving company out there! I have used other companies that have "held" my things hostage once everything was on the truck, stating I had to pay them much more than was quoted and expected before they would move my things off the truck. There is NO SUCH THING with this company! What they quote you is what you pay! And they even over-estimated the amount I would be paying so on moving day I was pleasantly surprised to be paying much less than expected. And the crew! Oh my goodness! Jerry, Justin, John, and Tevon were AMAZING!! We had so much fun and they took such great care of my items and they listened to my concerns as well. They had the most outstanding skill of being able to be careful and move super fast. Everything arrived at my new location in the same condition it left my old place. Not only do I highly recommend everyone use this company, you would be a fool to be taken in by those other so-called "no hidden fees" moving companies. Gilbert Moving, what you're doing is top notch! Don't change a thing! You have a customer for life in me!

I chose Gilbert Moving And Storage because they were one of the quickest to respond and most flexible. Some details of my short-notice move were not determined, so I was the kind of customer nobody should want, but they welcomed my business. They were unfazed by changes in my plans, including how much I was taking with me and my moving date. If needed, they could store my belongings between loading and delivery, and could even drop off some of the furniture at a thrift store. Things started so well, I hoped the movers would be even half as friendly and adaptable as the booking staff. Instead, they won the competition. Daniel, Eric, and Jon were careful, yet fast and efficient, keeping up their Energizer bunny impersonations for over five hours in Arizona summer heat, still physically strong, still cheerful. This move could not have gone any smoother and I really appreciated the great service.

The 3 guys very very professional, conscientious, and courteous. They were extremely careful with all of our belongings. We really appreciated the extra time they took to get everything on the truck and their patience as the final paperwork for the house was completed so they could unload the truck at our new home. Beds were set up, TVs hooked up and they even helped unpack two vehicles!!

I received a very quick response to my inquiry for movers. The representative was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I was given several options as far as pricing options. I booked the date of my move but they were still willing to work with me as I wasnt quite sure if the move date. On the date of my move the movers, Jamie and Kevin called to let me know they were on their way. They helped me more than words can say. I was moving across country and going from a 2 bedroom apartment into a small U-Haul pod to be transported. They took they stuff I said I did not want to keep down to the dumpster for me (I lived on a second floor and am disabled). I had packed some of my boxes very heavy since I was limited on space and they were so understanding. Once the truck was loaded, they made a stop at the goodwill to unload more furniture I couldn't take Upon arrival to my son's house(where the pod was) my stuff was unloaded and packed into the pod. Jamie somehow, to my amazement, managed to get all my stuff packed into a very small pod. No space was wasted!! With all of that my final price was not much more than the price I was quoted. If you need movers this is a GREAT company with WONDERFUL, FRIENDLY people. And if you need any thing packed into a small space Jamie is the guy for you. Jamie and Kevin thank you so much.
