From my first meeting with Mike Butterfield, who climbed up on the roof and assessed the issues himself and notified me of a clogged dryer vent at the same time, which I was able to get fixed the next day, to when the crew showed up ON TIME and got the job done quickly and correctly, the experience we had with DONE RIGHT ROOFING was honestly remarkable. The price was right, the work was done quickly and correctly, and the service was stellar. I would recommend Mike and team any day.

I expected the normal fast talking sales pitch. Instead i was given pictures of what needed attention, a price was quoted, work was done on time. Although i can't climb the roof to check work, i have no doubts it was done. I would recommend them without hesitation.

I had three companies come out to bid the project. The first company didn't even go on the roof and tried to charge me $2300.00. Done Right and Elite provided the best service. They both inspected the roof and provided detail of what material was needed. They both came in at the same estimate 60% less than what the first company bid. I went with Done Right, because they were able to schedule me quickly and customer service was great. Elite is an awesome company as well. I would refer either company in an instant.

Although it is not a big job, he treated it as such by his prompt response. He arrived on time, reattached the roofing tile in no time at all

They are very prompt and attentive to detail. In addition to the roof repairs, they replaced a fascia board on the front of my house. They asked me if I had some paint so they could paint it for me. I thought that was really nice since painting was not included in the price. They definitely go the extra mile to do a good job.
