Buyer beware. Signed a contract in September 2024 with a completion date of October 2024, put money down, and that was the last positive interaction that I had with this company and its owner. 1 - Project was never completed. After having the initial start date pushed back because of sick workers, we missed the first deadline. And then the second, and then the third. 2 - No communication. I was constantly having to reach out to find out where we were on the project and if there would be any progress. He would give short responses and say they?d be getting back to work within a certain timeframe, but would not communicate when/why deadlines were not met. 3 - Owner lied. When asked about next steps and what the hold ups were, the owner gave every excuse in the book. Sick workers, bad pavers, other delayed projects, etc. 4 - Owner/company filed for bankruptcy. I received a note from a lawyer this week stating he filed bankruptcy and that I was not to reach out to him again.

I am extremely happy with the work that Jason and his crew did to make our home a relaxing, beautiful space. It was one of the best decisions we made. We purchased a new home and have worked with many contractors and workmen through the process including two other landscape companies. None of them compares to Datura Landscape. Jason listened to what I wanted and provided a workable solution to meet my needs and budget. He helped obtain HOA approval and was patient when they took longer than expected- even offering to go to their office to get the approval done! His crew showed up when they were supposed to and did quality work. I loved that they always cleaned up the job site at the end of each day and left it beautiful at the end of the job including sweeping and hosing down the street. They completed the entire job in about two weeks including installing a beautiful waterfall with pond. I can't wait to get some fish and plants. I highly recommend this company and that is saying something as I don't often do that. I wish other businesses actually cared about their work like Jason does.

The work began and ended on time. The hard scape features were nicely done. I had some repairs to areas of our pool which we were not able to come to terms with. The lawn and sod was uneven and bumpy. The warranty for replacement of plants was difficult and required direct assistance from Homeadvisors.

These rating are only based on working with Jason on design, consultation and hiring him to do our landscaping job. The actual work begins next week. I like that Jason listened to us during designed, understood our budget constraints, gave us a comprehensive bid, took time and showed up every time he was scheduled, on time. So far our experience working with Jason is stellar. Annette

The bottom line on any review is "would you recommend him or use him again". The answer to both is "Yes". Jason had ideas that helped me achieve the look I wanted and dealt with the additions to the original plan I introduced. His crews were skilled and respectful. I felt fairly treated and am very happy with the results.

Great company! Jason is very creative and offered great ideas for my project. I had a lot of input to the materials used, and the outcome is just beautiful. When I asked for some changes along the way, we worked together to determine the best way to proceed, which I really appreciated. I will definitely use Datura again for future projects!
