Manny is a talented professional who oversaw our entire bathroom remodel. He pays attention to the details and his crew brings joy to their work. This joy is reflected in the final product which my wife and I are very pleased with. The tile work in particular is absolutely perfect. Bathroom remodels generally have lots of tile and these guys absolutely nailed it. We have more remodeling projects for our house and the first call is to Contractors of Phoenix.

We have hired Manny and his crew to build me an office in my backyard with electrical. He has by far surpassed my expectations. They are very quick and efficient with what they are doing. During the process of the construction with my office I had a pipe leak in my kitchen and they handled that too. Quickly and very responsive. I was always weary of contractors but Manny and his crew have been upfront and always willing to help. I cannot express enough how hard these guys work and how fast they work and put out such great quality. I will not hire anyone but them for all my home improvement projects. To put it in perspective, when I had the city of Mesa do his inspections, he even commented on how great of a job they are doing. You will not be disappointed with these guys. This means a lot as I usually do not write reviews.

We found Manny of Contractors of Phoenix through Angiâ s List/Home Advisor. We did a variety of projects both outside and inside of our home: exterior facia replacement, attic breather-hole sealing, patio support post & beam replacement, â beehiveâ fireplace & chimney removal, moving washer + dryer inside & laundry room cabinetry install, primary bathroom renovation (bathroom was an unexpected addition). We got a quote from Manny and construction was started the following week. All of the project listed above took ~1 monthâ an impressive timeline, if you ask me. Manny picked up my phone calls every time and responded to texts quickly. If we werenâ t present Manny would record videos of the progress to keep us informed. The strong communication was key to completing our project because we had a lot of changes throughout the process (and we are picky with a strong attention to detail). One major change to our project came when Manny identified a leak in our primary bathroom shower. We had to quickly add this to the projectâ we worked together to make the most of the bathroom layout while staying within our budget. The results were well worth itâ beautifully installed tile & shower glass, well placed shower heads & finishes! Whenever we had a concern Manny would listen, reassure us, and take action. Manny and his crew always showed up when he said they would. Manny and his crew were fun to have around, it was clear that they enjoyed their work, always singing and laughing, while completing our seemingly endless list of projects. We will be using Contractors of Phoenix for the next stage of our renovations in the coming years.

Retained Manny and his crew to take over a restoration project from a slab leak that a restoration company failed to perform on. Manny and his crew did an awesome job. He made some excellent recommendations on what should be done to get the place prepped for sale. I was done being a landlord. His work and suggestions netted an offer after only being on the market 2 days. Will be using Contractors of Phoenix again on my next project........our cabin in Payson.

I can not say enough positive things about our experience with Manny and his crew. The work was on a home out of town with an elder, handicapped individual living in it. Not only did they do the work very quickly and fairly priced, but Manny personally picked out the flooring and paint, etc. He and his crew also helped the individual living there to the point that they brought him food and water and helped him move about a bit. We have been VERY satisfied with the work they performed and have already recommended them to others.

Manny and associates are knowledgeable and professional. High quality work for a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

I had my ugly shower replaced by Twin Home Experts, recommended by Home Advisors. I was very hesitant, because previously ,I had two projects by different Contractors for different things, both licensed, however did not do a good job. They were very frustrating and and I was not willing to do that again. This time was totally different. Manny and Guillermo were timely, honest, fair and did excellent work. A beautiful Shower! Jessica and her team mate did an awesome job cleaning after our 2 months of being under construction for a water leak in my kitchen. Need to ask them some of their 'trade secrets', my shower, which I have scrubbed a lot over the years..sparkles! They were great and got everything accomplished!!! Thanks!

We did not have a great experience with Twin. The shower in the master is great and well done. The flooring in the master bath, in parts, was something else. Around the toilet was the wrong color and sloppy workmanship. They did correct it. The caulking in the master bath was not applied correctly. Again, they did come back to correct it. When they were removing the paper on our new carpet to protect it, they sliced a piece of the carpet. Someone came and stretched the carpet to get rid of the slice. All of the tasks that needed to be corrected, they did not see. We had to point them out. Manny was very good at seeing things got done but some of his workers are not the best. I must add, they were over-priced. I did not know where to compare at the time. My mistake.
