Their work was first class and their prices were very competitive. They came in summer and so I think their price was a bit higher.

He changed the interior plumbing on the unit and did it very quickly. He set it up so that if the same problem happens again, we can fix it ourselves. He was outstanding and I will use him again if I have any further air conditioning issues.

They wasted no times we they came out and have been working very well so far. They work in rough conditions and are still doing a good job. I am very impressed with them.

We were in the middle of remodeling a foreclosed home for our personal residence when the 13-year-old air conditioning unit died. It was mid-September and very hot! Wayne, one of the owners of Arizona Cold Air, returned our call promptly, came out the next day, made recommendations that would give us enough cold air without cramming something down our throat that we didn't need, gave us a great bid on a 14 Seer Ruud unit ($2,000 less than another we'd received), and arranged to have the new unit installed within three days. What a lifesaver! His crew was equally professional, very clean and very fast. They also did the paperwork for the APS rebate...all we had to do was mail it in! We would highly recommend Arizona Cold Air to anyone who wants a pleasant experience working with a top-notch company!

Wayne Hetland showed up on time for the original appointment to give me the estimate. He took all measurements and guided me through the options. His estimated price for the unit and installation was much lower than the other three estimates I received. Notably, it was $2,000 less than another estimate we got on a Rheem unit that was identical to the Ruud unit (Ruud and Rheem are owned by the same company). In addition, he brought up manufacturer and APS rebates that I qualified for. After giving them the job, they took me through the Ruud financing approval process quickly -- it took about 10 minutes. I was extremely happy with the crew's work, their punctuality and their responsiveness.

Arizona did a great job and they were very responsive. They gave me great information and advice and the price was very reasonable. The man was pleasant, personable, and immediately made me feel comfortable having him in my home.

They arrived on time and removed the old heat pump and hauled it away at no additional charge. They installed the new heat pump and all the accessories that go with it at no additional charge. They even hooked up a bedroom duct that had become loose at no additional charge. The two technicians were very professional and finished the job faster than I ever would have anticipated. I inspected their work and found it to be done very professionally. We have had no problem with the unit. We even got $500 off the price and a free ten-year extended warranty.
