+ -1 moreIf you’re dealing with them on a warranty issue with a builder, it wasn’t a good experience for us. The gentleman from American Roof even agreed that the proper venting needed to be in place to prevent possible future damage but said that they weren’t able to go against the builder for fear of losing their contract.
Description of Work: They had been hired to do the roofing on our house as a subcontracted company. There ended up being possible interior structural damage due to the lack of proper venting. The builder had built a fire wall in a location that it should not have been according to code and it was passed anyway. The builder was refusing to put the proper vents in so the gentleman from American Roof made a call to make sure that it was going to be done correctly, but then after the phone call was made he was told they couldn’t do it the proper way.
