Description of Work: This was a home warranty repair and Gabriel did a great job of making the fix by replacing an electric component on the fan. He also did a thorough inspection and verification of the cooling system. Clean, prompt, professional -I'm going to purchase Aire Serv maintenance plans for all my heat pumps.

Description of Work: My ac was very old and had several problems. They gave me a few different options which I appreciated. I had them replace the compressors and a few other things to keep it running for another 5-6 years.
