This company came out to do the work for the agreed price, date and time. They cleaned up thoroughly after themselves and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

They were just fantastic! Their services were amazing, they were so polite! The man put on booties before he walked across my carpet. I don't remember their prices but I do remember that they were very reasonable. We were so happy, they are an A++! We would definitely use them again! We have even recommend them to friends.

Seemed to be a bit expensive for him to have done nothing other than check it out. He didn't try anything to lessen the squealing noise, which was the reason for the call, but he was very friendly and seemed very knowledgeable.

They were very professional and showed up on time. The workers were punctual. The installation was quick and clean. They even followed up with a yearly maintenance.

OK obviously it stunk to hear, our A/C was dead but that's not there fault.

I highly recommend Air Factor Cooling & Heating. They are very quick to respond to anything I need done and are so very helpful by giving advice over the phone, therefore saving money by not having an unneeded service call. They are very professional and they do nice quality work.

I was pleased with the repair work this company did. They told me exactly what was wrong with the unit without trying to convince me of anything else just to charge me more money. They diagnosed it and located the problem, after that they told me what the problem was and they proceeded to replace that damaged capacitor with a new one. The air conditioner unit now works really well. I've had no problems whatsoever with it, so this is why I highly recommend them.

They came in to my house and went right to work. It only took him about 20 minutes to get it up and running again. I was very pleased with that. The people were very nice to me. They also showed up on time to the appointment.

Larry arrived right on time and was very courteous and professional. He pointed out the water dripping from our roof was condensation that wasn't draining properly due to a blocked line. He cleared the blockage and suggested installing a short bit of new drain line to have the water flow down to our gutters instead of through the rusty old pipe along the side of the house. This was a great idea, since we will be repainting the house shortly, and can now just remove that old pipe completely. I was VERY IMPRESSED with Larry's integrity and concern not only for our A/C, but for the exterior of our home as well. He could have easily tried to mislead us and sell products and services that we did not need - but instead he treated us just like family. I would heartily recommend Air Factor to anyone needing honest evaluation and A/C or heating work.

Very good. I got a quick call-back from Air Factor; Larry was patient and asked all the right questions when he called me. He showed up right when he said he would and did the job as quickly as possible, explaining as he went along. The price was reasonable.

AC unit stopped working during the middle of the night. They were the only company that could come out the day I called. I had arranged for two other companies to come later in the week as I thought I would/might need to replace this 12 year old original unit. They called me at work prior to their visit as promised so I could meet them at my home. The home (2400 square feet) has two units and I thought I might be looking at replacing one, or both, units. I was very happy to learn, the unit could be fixed for $160 plus labor. The service man, Monty, was very professional, answered my questions and thought I might get 3 - 5 more years of service from the units and I will certainly contact them for a quote when the time comes. I was very happy with the service I received and the good news.

I was very pleasantly surprised, not my usual experience with air conditioner technicians. The repairman spoke English articulately, was very knowledgeable and professional and wore a clean and neat uniform. Simply, the best tech I have ever met. He did the annual check and then took time to explain to me why additional work was necessary and possible options. He answered my many skeptical questions since I have been ripped off before.

Gary was very nice and thorough. Explained to us in detail. We did not like their credit card policy.

Just as it was getting hot, both of our AC systems went out in our 2 story home. It was devastating to hear that our compressors were bad and we needed 2 new systems. We called 6 companies to get estimates on this urgent job. We spent an entire day with contractors coming out to our home--so we had a pretty good comparison of companies, their work ethic & integrity and prices. Mike from Air Factor was our last bid and right away we noticed a difference. He provided all the information we needed, gave us complete confidence and offered a very competitive price. Mike found a way for us to get upgraded systems and save money. Mike and Larry both went out of their way to start our job despite the holiday weekend. They loaned us a portable air conditioner and worked around the clock to finish our job ahead of schedule to make our family comfortable. We completely trust this company and will spread the word to anyone looking for AC service or replacement--Air Factor is the way to go

Showed up within the time frame. Neatly dressed in uniform. Did his work, gave us an invoice & left. Quick, quiet & competent.

I called Air Factor one morning after finding them on Angie's List. Kristen was very courteous and personable on the phone and scheduled an appointment for the following afternoon. She called back a little later asking if I'd be able to change that to a morning appointment, between 7:30 and 9:30am, and that was fine with me. Monty called me at 7:30 to let me know he'd be here in 30-45 minutes and he was. He diagnosed the problem and tuned it up for what I was expecting to pay for just the service call, then gave me the repair price range, dependent on how much freon the unit took. I OK'd the work, he did it, the end price was in the lower part of the quoted range, and an hour later we're all enjoying the cool air again! Despite how unpleasant it must be to be in the HVAC business in Arizona in the summer, Monty was very upbeat. I get the impression that everyone at Air Factor takes pride in and enjoys their work and it was a pleasure to do business with them.

Highly professional, Honest, and very competent. Asked a number of questions regarding repair and replacement when that day comes and was given very candid and informative responses. Worked performed efficiently and competently. These guys are good. Would highly recommend.

Excellent, they got us in the same day, gave us an estimate of the charge, and then had to order the part, it came in the next day and they installed it right away. After the technician completed the job, the owner even came by to make sure everything was working good. I would highly recommend them.

Overall impression of sales manager was that he did not want my business. 1. Was reluctant to go onto roof to inspect AC unit. 2. Did not perform heat-load analysis (as other AC companies had done) 3. Did not provide written quote (as other AC companies had done). Outcome: I had one of the other companies install a new 3T unit the following week. I am pleased with my decision.

Heat stopped working during the night. Called at 8:30 and they had Larry come out by 10:30. Larry Replaced the run cap and control board on my heat pump. Heat is working fine now.

When setting up the appointment indicated that we had a two-story unit, and a larger ladder would be needed. Unfortunately, a larger ladder was not brought, and I was referred to another company. This was disappointing. The serviceman was polite and courteous, but was told his ladder was not long enough. I thought this was strange as I did mention it when I initially made the appointment. Additionally, please note that I was called before the serviceman arrived, which was a very considerate service. I would not call them again, but maybe recommend them to individuals with one story residences.

The whole process was done quickly and without disruption. They were straightforward about the process and showed up with a binder of their insurance and bonding paperwork; which I feel all contractors should have available. I am thoroughly satisfied with Air Factor and their work. Being a Real Estate Professional I will recommend Air Factor to all my clients, friends, and family. Air Factor provides real customer service!

Excellent service from start to finish. Professional and friendly office staff when I made an appointment. Monty (our technician) was thorough and helpful. No pressure to buy a service contract. Arrived on time and serviced two roof top units and replaced necessary parts.
