The owner of the company met with me at my home, took photos of the roof by climbing onto the roof, provided an estimate of the cost to replace the roof -including the costs of stripping off all of the shingles and underlying tar paper and the costs of new tar paper, shingles, and the removal of the old materials. I was able to hire the company without a down payment/retainer and paid half of the agreed upon amount at the start of the work and the balance at the completion of the job. The workers cleaned up all random debris in the front and back yards before leaving. It very a positive experience. I highly recommend this company!

We are so pleased with our choice of APR to replace our roof. Don, the owner, provided the quote and, in the process, educated us on roof replacement. He was very thorough with his quote and showed us the work he would be doing. His price was â all inclusiveâ ; there we no hidden charges, no nickel & diming, nor added fees/cost. Due to unforeseen breakage, more tiles were needed than were estimated. Don didnâ t charge us; he stood by his quote. He even provided photos of the progress made each day and of the final results. He fixed problems the other contractors never mentioned in their quotes. His crew were neat & clean as well as very dependable. We very highly recommend APR! Don has passion for the quality of his work and for his profession. Heâ s was a joy to work with.

Don is very punctual and honest. The yard and work areas were cleaned every night. Don reviewed everything that he found to need replaced. His attention to quality is of the most importance.
