They seem to be OK UNLESS they are sent out by your home warranty company. They refused to replace my 78 year old toilet because a repair done .ANY years ago eventually caused a crack in the PORCELAIN. I would never choose their service based on a dishonest diagnosis.

Had a broken pressure relief valve, leaking over 2.5 gallons of water. Christian from Summit Plumbing was assigned the job. He showed up on time, changed the pressure relief valve, stopped the leak & also drained/flushed the water heater. Good job, Christian did a great job, friendly technician. I would use Summit Plumbing & Christian again in the future.

Would absolutely recommend this team. Very professional. Walked me through all my options for adding a water softener, but wasn’t pushy. I could tell they cared about my opinion versus just trying to make a sale. Cleaned up after themselves and got the job done quickly.
