The contractor made a recommendation for an additional service. He provided a price and a time frame to do the additional work. I accepted the price and the time frame. But, he never responded to my inquiry about when he would come out to do the work. Do not recommend an additional service if you do not plan on doing the work.

Tony is the owner/technician and it was a pleasure working with him! Tony resolved not only the sliding door issue I called about but he also resolved a 2nd sliding door I was having issues with and resolved the issues with that door as well!
