The salesperson Victor was great. Edgar s crew for the piers were great. Barry who installed the moisture system was great. Sarah the crack repair and poly person was great. The only disappointing part was that I had a warranty from the previous owner passed on to me. When I originally called to talk to the company about my warranty it was hard to get answers and for anyone to return my calls. I asked to speak to the owner, Bob Brown, many times and he never would talk to me. I even emailed him and he had other people respond to me. I wanted to talk to him because I was told he may have done the original work on my home. So, his employees are good but Bob Brown himself could not even return a call or reach out to me after the previous owner spent 65k and I spent 39k on the home. You would think over 100k would get you a return call from the owner.

Chris, Fernando, Omar, and Daniel were all great to work with. They were professional, knowledgeable and had great communication.

Greg, Mike & Felix did an outstanding job, especially on cleaning up the yard to return it to how they found it.

They repaired a large crack in my slab floor and installed a dryer system to dry the dirt under a section of my slab that was causing the issue. They did excellent work determining the issue and resolving.

Foundation repairs are very expensive. Mine was minor but, still cost over $14,000.00. So prepare yourself for the shock.

Make sure you do not have any wild trees ( Mesquite trees) planted within 20 feet of your home, in their search for water they will lift your foundation up to the point of cracking and drop the other side 3 inches or more requiring expensive repairs. After the repair, all of my windows opened, the garage door went down on the first try!

We wanted to hire Mr. McGuire but he said it was not a serious pro- blem as there were no vertical cracks, only small horizontal cracks. He would not take any money from us, even for gas for coming to us He is a real pro and a very nice person; and honest. He sent us a report for us to keep. We were very relieved; he helped us a lot.
