The job went wonderfully! Best service EVER! The entire company is just awesome, from the techs to the office support to the owners. Very professional, very competitive pricing, they came out ASAP, did a thorough job, replaced the A/C unit with an extremely efficient model and I couldn't be more pleased. Perfect, called number given by home warranty co. Jonathan Lorono called me back in less than a hour and said he would be here as soon as finished job he was on. Call a short time later, showed up, fixed ac and was very friendly. On a Sunday even!

After not being able to remove the leaves in the A/C unit, (the outside frame needed to be removed to get at them, and that might take a couple of hours he couldn't spend here at the discounted price. Then he told us the A/C unit had some oil leakage, AND the inside garage unit portion AND the heat pump both had oil leaks, and they could both fixed for 900.00 & 1,600.00 each. Additionally they way he explained it was more like a threat then a preventive action. 2 other pro's have looked in the garage, and said it wasn't bad there. I guess being seniors, and the man being disabled appeared to be an easy couple to scare! I can't believe their "A+" rating!

Be sure you get a second or third opinion to be sure there really is a problem. Tech said it needed thousands of dollars of repair or would be best to replace the whole unit. Called in a second air conditioning company to give me a second opinion. Took 10 minutes to repair the problem. If your a senior or snow bird, get multiple opinions and bids.

"Dear Customer, I'm sorry to hear that you were disappointed in our service. It is hard to address your review without specifics of what the 10 minute repair was. Having said that, I do know what our technician found. During maintenance, he found that the inside of your air handler was rusted and the insulation was swollen from being wet therefore we recommended replacing the pan. We also recommended replacing the entire system due to the age. We have the most trained and certified technicians in Mohave County and rarely misdiagnose problems. If we did misdiagnose something I sincerely apologize. However, it is not July/August and your pan has not filled with water yet. When those months creep up and the humidity creeps up, you may find you do actually have a problem and your 10 minute fix was no fix at all. We've been serving Mohave County for the last 27 years and are highly referred by many seniors and snowbirds in the area as they know we give them an honest and truthful opinion."

The work went very well. The tech,Kevin tried all options hoping to keep the expense down. He did his best and sadly the motor was shot. Kevin replaced the motor and stayed to make sure it was working properly. His work was very good and done in a timely manner. He definitely takes pride with the work ethics.
