Very expensive for what they did.. It took two times to get the job done due to they did not know how to hook it up. Came back and got the job done. Then two days later a leak started and had to call them back. Not happy.

Very polite, professional and clean cut. The faucet sprang another leak after he left. Called him back and he fixed it again, no additional charge. Two days later it was slow dripping. Called him and he came back again, no additional charge. Faucet seems to be fixed now, but I need to keep my eye on it. Work is guaranteed for one year so I'm happy about that.

Water Treatment & Purification System Installation and Replacement
We felt it was a waste of our money. Rather than to truly evaluate our water softener and RO system, and explain to us how the systems work & teach us the maintenance, as we asked them to do, it was simply a sales pitch on why we needed to replace both. We had Culligan come a couple of days later, for a second opinion, they actually tested the water, flushed the RO tank, evaluated the softening system and concluded both were working beutifully. Culligan's customer service was worth paying for!

Biggest disaster I have ever encountered in my life! So unhappy with the entire experience. We should have done it ourselves. The plumber didn't want my husband's expertise and he should have accepted it. Took my husband 20 hrs to retrofit and finish the mess left behind. Very unhappy and I cried when the plumbers left. Total amount of disaster 2000.00 (parts and labor), husband fixing mess - priceless!
