He did a Trouble Shoot first, located the problem (not what i thought it was). Did the required actions to clear the problem. If you are in need of a 1st Rate Plumber: This is the Guy to call. Josh was extremely knowledgeable and helped us with our equipment selection for the project prior to us actually hiring him. He then purchased the equipment promised and performed the installation perfectly, on schedule and at the price quoted.

Josh and his brother found the input points from the meter to the duplex (so I didn't have to hire a Locator), trenched the 40+ feet from start to finish (working through the swamp the previous plumber left in my yard), replaced the whole line with weather proof piping, added a T valve to vent water to second half of duplex, took pictures through out job to show my retired contractor husband each step and replaced dirt in 7 hours time, at a fair price. I'd hired a plumber 4 times in the last month between my home and my duplex. I will definitely be calling Josh's Plumbing from now on.

Josh is enthusiastic, communicates well and is very coopertive and professional. He takes his time and exercises great care to do the job right the first time and to respect things around the job which is a problem with many contractors. Too expensive. It took them about 5 minutes to use a snake on the toilet and I paid $85.
