Audrey had sent me a text with the time of the appointment, so I knew the exact time and I was on time. She ignored my statement about the time. When I commented about the color of the high lights and low lights, she said it would adjust after I washed my hair, she always makes them a little darker, because they lighten up quickly. When I washed my hair the pink just intensified. I called her and she was rude. Stating she didn't think they were pink. She could not see me for a few days. I kept washing my hair daily and went to a new hair stylist.

Vanessa arrived a few minutes late, but immediately asked questions about lifestyle, likes,dislikes, shampooed, cut, suggested shorter in the back and let bangss grow out more, styled, showing me tricks to make my short cut look great,I enjoyed the time spent with her and made an appontment for the next month

I spent $120 the last time used them. I only see Monica there and she does a great job with my highlights and haircuts. The environment there is very nice and I would recommend them to others.
