Jason met me at my new home as scheduled, spent his time carefully walking me through the ins and outs of my pool system (including turning on the pumps, cleaning skimmer baskets, checking chemical readings, etc.), and left without ever pressuring me on committing to using his services. Jason is the professional you are looking for and you'll be happy with his company's services. Pool looks great, and I really appreciate that after each visit you receive a photo of your pool and a summary of work done. Highly recommend.

They've been great - friendly customer service, worked me in really quickly, and great fair prices. They even came the week of Xmas so that the plan we had in place to clean up our pool wouldn't fall behind. They send me a picture and update via email each time they visit, and are communicative via text message also. They respond quickly when you have a question.

They did not come back to do chemicals as promised. They were unable to get stains out but he did say that he may not be able to prior to service. Mostly disappointed he did not come back to finish. Paid 450 and pool essentially looks same and I had to add chemicals

We recently had a pool built and wanted to begin weekly service immediately upon completion. Jason came out during construction and provided us information about their business and services offered along with helpful information about the equipment we were having installed. We were very impressed with his knowledge of our equipment and pool care in general. We immediately knew this was a company we wanted to do business with. Our pool is finished and we had our first service call with Daniel. Again, an excellent experience with an extremely knowledgeable professional. We are very impressed with the email we receive after each visit providing us with chemical metrics and services performed. This company provides excellent customer service, professionalism, and great communication. We would highly recommend Phoenix Pro Pool Service for all pool needs. Thank you!

Had a little glitch to start because I was supposed to meet with a gentleman named Jason and he basically forgot our meeting but the guys that have come out only 2 times thus far are doing a good job and I m pleased with the service for cost right now.

My tile is cracked in a certain area of the pool. Phoenix Pro Pool Service told me what the problem likely is and offered me a solution. My old pool service company never did this.

Jason was extremely professional. He responded to my urgent request and came to my home in less than 2 hours. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it right then and there. I had another company come to my home for the same problem and they told me I needed to buy a brand new pool pump and estimated the cost to be about $2000 with labor. Jason fixed the problem and it only cost me $60. I immediately hired hired him to be my pool guy. Can t praise this company enough.

I like the electronic report I recieve after each visit; they are a little pricey but very thorough and dependable.
