Extremely professional and kind. Cleaned up the unit outside. Explained all steps taken as they were being done.

2 weeks (purchased deals on 5/42017) after buying 2 of the deals (one for each of my units) through Angie’s List for $39 each, I finally got a scheduled appointment on Friday, May 19, 2017. I was not able to be at the home for the appointment due to my Mom passing away. My fiancé was at the home to give access. They refused to service both units without paying an additional $59, so only one was looked at when they were here despite the fact I bought 2 of the deals for $39 each. Also the prices for the additional services they quoted were extremely high so we elected not to have them do anything. We were very disappointed in the service and company.

They were on time were able to give us a prompt appointment and they were excellent!!!

This is a smaller company, they are honest and knowledgeable. When I have my system put in I will use this company

They came out to do a FREE estimate-which was very nice. Francisco was pleasant and efficient. When he came back to do the work he did not try and push any extra work either, in fact he gave me a service agreement (free) to use in the future. He also gave me a discount for the work because I was an Angies list member, without me having to ask. I will definitely be using the again.

I chose to up grade to a 16 seer. From the minute Todd walked through our door he was a professional. There was absolutely no push to upsell any product. He also mentioned the SRP Rebate program and took care of the paperwork. When the installation team showed up they were wonderful. They spent 9 hours installing the equipment with such a wonderful attitude. Thank you Efficient Air for your fast and friendly service.

gave me an estimate for the units' capacitor running at 64%. may need to be replaced this summer. He would include his eval coupon price as service when I call him again to replace the capacitor.

I started working with this company a few years ago servicing my units which were 15 + years old. Efficient Air/ Aaahh Home Services is the only AC company I will use because they're very honest, professional and reliable. They're thorough in explaining any issues they find. I just recently had them replace 2 units. The 2 units needed replaced because they were 18 years old and I needed better efficiencies to help reduce costs. I highly recommend this company as they take great pride in their work...Thank you Efficient Air!

Prompt response to purchase from Angie's List. They called me the day after I bought service call. I suggested a time a week in the future for their service call. They suggested an earlier visit, which was surprising and nice to hear. Service guy arrived right on time. He did cleaning and checking service work on both units. On newer a/c he found a defective part and replaced at an extra charge. Probably legit, but who knows... On older furnace he showed me several things that will need repair or replace in future. Service guy seemed knowledgeable and he was easy to work with.

Very reasonable price. Prompt, informative, polite. Component inspection was good, but in the end I was told that WE needed to clean out the case and drain pan. From past services at home, I expected that to be included on the service.

OK, he had trouble finding our home.

Service person arrived promptly, checked the unit and with no issues or required service was on his way.

The guys arrived on time. I wished they would have mentioned that the second air-conditioner was an additional charge when we talked to set up the appointment. They weren't pushy trying to sell anything. Did a check-up and reported would might need attention in the near future.

They should have written the services that they would provide. I was expecting they would do more checking.

The technician spent less than 10 minutes looking at the unit and told me that the capacitor and compressor both indicated they would need replacing before "too long." He said the capacitor was most in need of needing repair, so I added an additional $198 to have him change it. The idea was that the compressor was not urgent. I then left for about 3 weeks and left the a/c in "vacation" mode at 84 degrees. When I returned, the unit barely cooled although it was running constantly. I called a different company and had them take a look. The compressor was almost completely out and freon was leaking. Because the unit was 12+ years old, neither the compressor nor the old type of freon were still available. I was not overly surprised because of the unit's age, but I also think the Aaah technician needs further training. He should have at least known the unit was leaking freon. I have had the unit replaced and I certainly wish I had not paid to have the capacitor replaced.

He arrived on time and fixed the air conditioner. Thank Heaven. He put air conditioner fluid in the machine. He warned me that there could be a leak. All things Air Conditioner are expensive.

The technician Jesus was pleasant and explained his procedure well. The only issue became evident when he was trying to complete the task and his boss Oscar was calling him asking him to hurry up even though he wasn't finished. I explained to him that I wanted the complete tune up for each of my two units because I paid for two complete tune ups. The price included the refrigerant so I asked him how low my units were and he advised that one needed a pound of refrigerant and the other needed half a pound. This left an unused half pound that I had paid for but did not use. After the tune up and I spoke with the tech and he advised two small capacitors needed replacement and the cost was $198 installed for each one. I went to Granger Industrial SUpply and bought each of them for $9.00 each. After two days I noticed one of my A/C units wasn't cooling as it should so I called the boss Oscar to see if he would send the tech back next time he was in the area and top up my unit with that last 1/2 pound of refrigerant. Oscar told me that my refrigerant is R22 and that IT IS NOT INCLUDED IN MY PACKAGE so he would not be sending the technician back even though I paid for the refrigerant as part of the deal. He said its written in the fine print, but I didn't see it checking a second time. He wanted another $75 per pound of refrigerant. I would be very careful dealing with this package offer, it's usually used to get into your AC unit and find something they can make money on.

Very efficient. Examed both heating and cooling units. Cleaned the dust from the cleaning unit. Checked into vent system because of a question I had.

Christopher examined roof unit for effectiveness & efficiency. Also estimate life expectancy of unit. He saved me some money by using a dual unit capacitor. The service / maintenance contract was attractive.
